The man in the room. (Although at this point it would be covered in blood. The man chuckled brightly at Jinx's stupor as if it was a pathetically amusing joke. The icor moved finally forming itself into a comfortable looking couch before disappearing completelty, the portal now empty of the color to an eerie pink glow. The man sat leaning in such a way that he was bent over Jinx studying him. "You are Einzberg's little dog aren't you." This was a rhetorical question clearly, because he continued, "Although not the one he really liked I can see." The man grinned allowing this fact to sink in, a casual comment meant for cruetly, "It is no matter either way. All of you were promised to me, and even though I did not save his worthless life from that delicious girl, the pact remains." His foot rose up to rest on the edge of Jinx's lost arm causing a shocking needle like pain, "Which for the less magically adept, means that you belong to me." He smiled brightly. "However, I am a fan of underdogs, it goes with the part of demon. And your father was a useless fool. I've watched your sister, and she is a person with only a hammer in her toolkit." He looked up briefly, "Ahh. My puppy has found her too. This should make for a good time." He seemed lost for a moment, and then his gaze returned to Jinx, "And seeing as she's been lying to you and robbing you of your limbs. I thought I would offer you a deal." The man loomed closer to him, his red eyes clearly consuming his pain on the spot. Although his foot had slid off of him in the process of this movement. "I am looking for a book. A very specific book. And I know it is within this library. Sadly, the way to it is blocked up only to be opened by the blood of the order. My pet is looking for a still alive body. But your sister and those other nuns are in the way. I will return you your arm, and your soul. In return, you will bring me that book, and your sister." Suddenly his eyes went up again and a cackle rose up into the rafters from him, "Oh how lovely. My deal has now changed. You will bring me the son of this order, the one you call Sverre, and that will earn you the soul. If you bring me the one who guards him, I will return you an arm. And should you somehow manage to bring me that book I want or the head of your sister, I will promise you a restoration of all that has been taken from you." He grinned leaning forward to hold out a hand to Jinx. ____________________________________________ (Note, the catholics are not against magic/activley trying to destroy it.) The wolf's ears perked at the sight of Elisabeth. It was a monstrous sight, about the size of a truck and all powerful muscle and dripping blood. Its jaws looked capable of crushing metal itself and somehow, it had a grin to its face. It let out a low growl at her before bounding forward. It paused just out of range of her katana. That was when she saw the glowing red eyes, it could see her, and it could easily see her. It let out a low howl and turned snapping its jaws around one of the nuns as it crushed her screaming form before dropping her in front of Elisabeth. A human voice echoed from it, a dark cruel voice that was as enthusiastic as it was sadistic, "You are no match for me girl. Trick perceptions or not. My master wants somethings he thinks you can give him. Two people are entering here several paces down. Join me, help to capture the boy and the girl you know as Sverre and Nyanko. If you succeed, my master will give you your brother, Jinx, and he will throw in the resurrection of the Einzberg estate. However, if you decide otherwise, that nun didn't taste good, but Espers. Espers taste delicious." As if to punctuate this statement, it licked a bit of blood from the side of its jaw.

Garasu stepped forward the moment the teleportation occurred, eyes darting about rapidly. It had been clear when she had seen Will among those to be teleported she had been surprised and angered, but she had said nothing. Now she was as on edge as one may have expected from her, she carried her blade drawn, and her mirror in hand.

ooc- I'm aware of that jaka, however i think the catholics would like to get their hands on some of the books in there for.....research purposes.
Jinx cried out in pain when the foot hit his arm, although he was used to this type of pain, recently he seemed less capable of handling it. Shock overcame him when the man told him about the duke, little of that shock remained though when he spoke the word demon, instead his look turned into one of curiosity.
Right as he was about to ask a truckload of questions to the self-proclaimed demon when he mentioned Elisabeth. Jinx's eyes widened as he looked at the red eyed stranger,"Elise is here? What is she doing here? If she truly is here, how do you know she is? How did i get here? Why am i here? What do you want Fro..."
Pain overcame Jinx once more as the man's foot slipped off his arm, his sight blurred once more due to tears forming in his eyes. Frustration and anger welled up in him as the man seemed to ignore his questions and continues talking once more.
As the demon started explaining the deal,Jinx shuddered,he couldn't possibly beat Elise, not in his prime, certainly not now, moreover,he didn't want too,Elise was still his family, she must've had her reasons for doing this, after all, she'd been his only ally all along. Jinx was relieved when the deal changed,he had a nagging feeling that he had heard of this Sverre before, but he didn't remember where he had heard it.
He felt that he was in no position to refuse and as such answered accordingly "I shall bring you this Sverre and his guard,i cant assure it'll be alive." With alot of effort he used his remaining arm to get back on his feet,he slowly walked out of the room in a painful manner, tripping multiple times before finally using the wall to support himself.
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- As the sister fell before her feet,Elisabeth felt joy overcome her,oh how she loved this bloodshed, however, her mood changed in an instant.
Elise looked annoyed at the threat, double so when she knew that he was right, she was powerless before the wolf-like creature. She got back up on her feet and in a way that was more like a growl than a response, she said "Fine,I'll do as you say." She walked towards the side before snarling: "come on,let's get this over with." She closely watched the wolf for any signs of weakness, she wouldn't hesitate to strike the beast down should she get the opportunity

ooc (Absolutely.)
The demon grinned at his blather of questions clearly refusing to answer any. He watched Jinx move about stumbling and he sighed with a bit of a grumble at the end as he rose up to his feet to easily follow Jinx to the wall. He reached out grabbing the stump of his arm, the dark substance from earlier leaping out of his hand and into Jinx's stump. The sensation was painful, like what it would be like to have an arm pulled off by great strength slowly. He was even convinced he could hear a ripping sound.
Then the demon stepped away from him still grinning and drinking in the pain. But he had an arm, it was covered in blotchy black marks that seemed to move about, but it was still like his arm had been. "I would not have you at a disadvantage like that." He grinned waving him towards the two massive doors which swung open for him. "A warning, Elisabeth has been given the same deal..." And then, the demon turned marching back to the couch where he lounged in wait. _______________________________________ She could hear the wolf chuckle as it followed her at a distance down the pathway it had indicated. She noticed that it seemed to grow smaller as the space demanded it to. This allowed it to dart around and roll as it followed after her slower pace. She could see a room upahead, and hear the sound of stone grating against itself. Right as she was about to cross the threshold of the room the wolf's large paw darted out around her pulling her back just as a green explosion errupted paces before her. She felt the wolf's tail and paw protecting her from the blast. Slowly, both uncurled from her. "That anger and bravado will get you killed, vices are so cute in humans."
This was interrupted by the sound of another door slamming open. _______________________________________________ Nyanko fell into step close to the others as they made their way through the passage. It was a long slog, and an even longer walk. As they moved, runes glowed out for them, clearly announcing a path. Nyanko kept trying to reach out for a mind that she could touch, but there were so many minds in this place, with thoughts so loud, that it was time consuming to sort through each one.

OOC- There's only really some much we can do Jaka, you'll have to move us a bit further on
Will walked centrally within the group, one eye fixed on the passage, another on the markings now decorating his right arm. Soul Oblivion left licks of fire, black as a tattoo, burning downwards from his shoulder. In truth, it should've been Will's anathema. Raw power, heat and pure arrogance, contrasting with his own weakness and insecurities. Right now though, nothing felt more right. A lot would have to be done to relinquish the artefact from its bearer.
Something about the markings was organic, as though they were pulsating as a beating heart, a living spirit. He began to doubt his own confidence, partially believing the swords had replaced his own. Such feelings were mercilessly quashed.

Sverre, the aftertaste of chocolate lingering on his tongue still, walked at an impatient pace with in tune with the cautious wanderings of the others. The runes writhed with ethereal life too ssubtle for a mere glance to pick up. The voices of the past echoed throughout the psyche like the shadow burned from an inferno long past. As the tunnel wound, the runes dimmed to a deathly green. Finally there was a light at the end of this Hades, he rushed towards it, leaving the others in his dust. He looked out, his body sensed for action though his face remained calm. The narrow passage opened into a savern, Waiting there were a quartet of battle witches.
"Sønn Opplysning?" Sverre hasitated when they mentioned him. "Sønn Opplysning: Sverre, sønn of Ellen Pål Bjørn." "Ja, det er jeg" Sverre responded, leaving the rest somewhat out of the loop. After his confirmation, the witches bowed to him. A haze at the end of the tunnel apppeared and lowers, letting the others through. It was all well and good that Sverre was there, they didn't even seem to acknowledge that his counterparts were with him as to not react to seeing them.
They lead them out from the cavern to the barren vale that laid before them, high monstrous peaks dominated over, crowning in a ring of pinnacles, the windswept sentinels weathered to an razor's eedge. Snow and granite harshly forebode from what was lying in the heart of this obsidian nest cut through by the icy winds that lapped the bones. Like a black cathedral was one of the gates to the Library of Opplysning, black minarets and spired to pierce the sky, the intricate obsidion details fractally dotted each and every surface of the beautifully intimidating structure which seemed to defy gods and damn this world like a blackening blood on immaculate ice.
"This way" one of the witches barked, finally acknowledging that the others exist. "Come!", but not too soon had they arrives fif a patrol of battle priests discover them there. They saw the distinctive red-leather armour of those who accompanied there and cried out in gothic insult, latin tongues expressing ancient hate, "Pythonissam ne patiaris vivere nos!" As the wicthes stood near motionless, whispering to themselves as the others readied for conflict. Too fast were these elite against such armatures as Catholics.
As two drew rune-etched broadswords, two other's hands engulfed themselves in magical flame. At this point did the witches spring into action. One busted characteristically into into a flock of ravens to intercept on of the charging priests. 2 others drew those black and evil weapons from their thighs which screamed with thirst for the torture of the soul. The last's mantra ended with a yelp and she raised her hand and the already hard weathered sky darknened. The priest beseeched by the ravens was pecked alive by the swarm, beak and claw met skin and flesh ending in true horror for only did a cleanly gore-clicked skeleton remained from the grusome onslaught. The wich who had been hovering laughed with amusement of her enemy's demise as chains shot from the rocky walls ending in hoos that embeddded into the priests's soft flash. As was held aloft by his cruel ensnarement before bursting in an eruption of crimson. One was able to unleash his witchfire against the Sisters of Opplysning, however the leas just in time rose her hand with a green ghostly shield to intercept the torrent before the energy stored was shot back at the man, seriously burning him and knocing him to the ground. The last priest was dueling one of the witches, sparks flew as her rod and his sword richocheted off eachother, their finger tips glowed with the fresh casts of malign practices and countering the enemies such spells. Finally she got a shot in and the rod came in contact with the mans chest and every painful sensation amplified would be a shadow off what he would them expirience. He dropped his sword as he convulsed in paroxysm. the other witches sated their weapons' appetites too, shoving them onto the now vulnerable Catholic. Such was his torture he convulsed so violently that his musculature broke his bones, his body tearing itself apart. Soon his heart could take no more and the glint og life faded from him too.
The witches walked over to the man, badly burnt but still conscious on the ground. They pointed their rods but millimeters from him. "Where are the others scum."
Sverre, from what he just witnessed, looked ashen indeed. Like all things, it didn't seem immediately affect but that perception dissolved when he fell to his knees ad expressed the nausea of what his bloodline was truly capable of.

ooc (this is what I was waiting for Zilla, need to the frost fairy to post. It is after all, his library.)
Nyanko's eyes widened at the sight of what the witches were doing. As Sverre moved to kneel she marched forward towards them her one good eye glowing pink. The man suddenly quieted his eyes glazing over and a second later he was sleeping. She stood at arm length from the gathered witches her voice barely controlled. "Get away from here. And don't come back near us." She pointed at the man on the ground, "He is sleeping. And even if you wake him, he no longer knows where they are. And because you saw fit to brutalize and murder in front of my charge. I'm not going to tell you. Because as far as I'm concerned, you are animals." Her face had contorted with such disgust and malice that she pointed at them, "Now get out of here. Go tell his mother what you did to her son."
She turned away from them moving back towards Sverre. She squatted down next to him her hand moving to touch the side of his face with the back of her hand, "Erre-chan. Look at me." Her other hand moved to rub his back, "We need to keep moving. We need to find Jinx and help him. And we need to protect your library. But when this is all finished. I promise, we'll go home. And we'll talk, and you can sing, and I'll draw. And maybe we'll get a cat or a dog if you like those better." Her hand moved up and down his back, "And you can play your god awful music as loud as you want to around the house. You can play it while I'm sleeping if you want. And I won't make you button your shirt if you don't want to. And you don't even have to bathe more than you like, although don't be surprised if we have lots of accidental plumbing issues directly over where you are." She glanced over towards the way they needed, "And I promise I won't drive anywhere for us. We'll get a driver." Her hand fell from his back. "But we can't think about this now."

The Murderesses ramined cold and stoic through the chastising. As she went over to Sverre they justified their actions. "You are indeed welcome for us saving your life," while cooed with serpentine flawlessness, "being in the comfort that the Matriarch probably watches us right now. We were issued by her to protect you and this we did. What they had in store for us, and you by association, was to fold worse. We do not abandon her charge. He is strong, arise yo-"
Sverre hadn't moved but with a new strange black-blue glow he had about him, he was certainly responsible for the witch's lack of breath, now grasping at her throat in vein. She collapsed when released. A very unsubtle telepathic pulse echoed, *The excessive violence was not necessary, any signs of actions such as that will not be tolerated, I will disarm you myself. Any further intent on making such action will be met by me telepathically subjugating you. There is no need to clarify understanding.* Sverre then coughed the last of it up before getting himself out of the stinging, bitter snow. He looked at the witches with an expression that was rarely seen on this warrior sorceresses - fear.
Post whatever other reactions you want in this little nugget
They lead the group down the treacherous terrain to the base of the grand gate. It was spectacular, such a feat, this ancient architecture older than common era. The witches stood back from Sverre to was leading the group: protocol dictates that the highest rank are to open black gates. Although he was male and an Esper, ergo not a member of the order, he was a direct descendant of the root family. He looked up, looking vulnerable as ever, before reaching forth and placing his hand at the seem of the opening....
....The Gates to the Library are no banal doorway, circles glow under their feet as, one by one, flames engulfed them to the horror of any observers. In a blink of an eye they would find themselves in a grand dome, each surface of the grand semisphere intricately laced with the golden weaves of Celting design, doorways were arches lined with stone-carved thorned vines. Down each of those halls were the tip of great icebergs, catacombs of fractal complexity lined with books, scrolls, tomes and artifacts. All there looked around uncertain, having no idea where to find whatever force ha invaded.

Nyanko's gaze hadn't lifted from Sverre's face at the witch's justification. She was far too concerned with the state of Sverre. She radiated it actually, like a warm blanket of gentleness and unconditional love. When the blue black glow emitted from Sverre, Nyanko was surprised to see her own pink glow flowing out around her, her own thoughts echoing in a way that didn't specifically make use of words, but seemed to be comprised of a feeling of sunshine, laughter, and an older girl standing in front of a young Nyanko and yelling at some running boys.
Nyanko stood with Sverre helping him ever so slightly. She glanced at the remaining witches and something in her look communicated the pity and disgust she felt towards them. One thought echoed to Sverre, "Animals." ___________________________________________________
Nyanko's eyes filled with awe at the sight of the library. Huge, beautiful catacombs. She breathed out the word, "Wow," following it. She closed her eyes again scanning the corridors of the place as fast as she could. Suddenly her eyes opened and she pointed down a set of passages. "Something is coming from there, and I can only describe it as feeling the way these two," she pointed towards the witches, "Do. But times about a million. And it doesn't walk on two legs either. There is something else too..." She paused her eye still rich with pink glow, "Oh. Elisabeth. I'd hoped the Catholics would put her down."
As if to prove everything she'd said, a giant wolf, covered in blood came skidding around the corner of one of the paths. It took the sight of them all in with and with a growl that revealed the large jaws of the monster, it came rushing at them with a roar.

Both Garasu and Shikaku appeared aghast at the brutality of the man’s death, Shikaku more so than Garasu, even in her guarded mental state she had been able to sense the pain he had felt at his final moment.
Seeing her friend staring open mouthed at the burnt corpse, Garasu sheathed her blade and gently placed her hands on Shikaku’s shoulder’s turning her away. Shikaku’s shoulders were trembling.
“Shikaku-chan he was the enemy… this isn’t a game… “
“But they didn’t have to… they” “That may be true… but they did… and it is what it is…” Garasu glared past Shikaku at the coven members.
Shikaku took a shuddering breath. “Garasu-chan, he felt so much pain.” Over Shikaku’s shoulder one of the witches cut off in mid sentence and began to gasp for air, clutching her throat.
Garasu gave Shikaku a wry smile “Every once in a while Sverre-kun…”
Garasu led Shikaku who still looked slightly dazed to follow the others.
Garasu was so on edge that the grandiose surroundings barely fazed her. Similarly, Shikaku was still apparently thinking about the previous incident. Garasu immediately unsheathed her blade the moment Elisabeth’s name was mentioned. When gargantuan wolf bounded around the corner her eyes panicked for a moment before hardening. “Stay back Shikaku!” She placed herself protectively in front of Shikaku a brave, but rather pointless act considering the size of the monstrosity bearing down on the group when compared to the girl’s small frame. She raised the her blade and brought it down, releasing an arc of silvery light at the beast.
Shikaku, stood, paralyzed at the sight of the charging beast. But after a moment that felt like an eternity she shook herself and began to process the situation. There was little she could do against the creature, but she remembered what she had heard about Elise's ability to decieve the senses, and began to search for the girl's conciousness. (OOC: let me know if she finds her...)

Those looking at Will may have noticed a look cross his face, detailing a small amount of worry. It was only there briefly, replaced by a straightened, robust complexion as the beast approached.
On his arm, he felt the pulsating grow, as though vying for a taste of what was to ensue. Will barely had to speak a few words: "Soul Oblivion, lead the way," and the sword burst forth, the black coalescing into the swords form and blazing powerfully within his right hand. A roar followed, a direct challenge to the daemon, without a hint of doubt or fear.
The blade forced him forwards, towards the wolf, his legs having no option but to obey the artefacts energy. It made its own arc, aimed directly at wolf, with Will feeling the counterpart, rather than the master.

Malign whispers leeched the air as the witches, once again, prepared themselves for confrontation, beginning to hover just centimetres off the ground. Their weapons were already drawn should the creature approach.
The sinister blue glow returned to Sverre's hands as he did a pushing motion. The rest of the room reflected the same glow as he applied his new found ability of manipulating time space. The Wolf moved slower and seemed to be much further away, the room, however, not elongating the room which was reflecting the blue/black light.
ooc - not sure what you're doing with the wolf Nyanko or its properties are so I have no idea how to interact with it further.

ooc( I assumed, that's okay.)
Will's slash landed squarely at the side of the wolf's massive shoulder as he plowed into Will. The beast let out a roar of pain as smoke began to rise up from the shoulder. Despite that, it wasn't halted by him, simply knocking him aside in the charge. It's steps began to slow as it entered the field Sverre was emitting. He saw the wolf's grin deepen as it let out a roar again. The sound took a moment to reach them, but it was deafening and very distracting when it did.
It was at that moment that Garasu's slash ripped straight into its head taking it clean off. The body wavered for a second, and then it leaned down the head reknitting itself to the body in an instant as the wolf lunged forward at her only to be stopped by Nyanko's force of will. Noticeably, the only wound to remain was that inflicted by Will's attack on it. More strangely, the beast seemed to be trying to keep them busy more than anything else.
Shikaku could sense Elise's mind, but the position somehow seemed erratic, almost like she was paying attention to multiple things.

The sound was sickening, as Will took the beasts charge head on. The sound of a rib breaking was similar to snapping branch. He was lucky to have been swatted aside, rather than have the beast bare down on him, for now he lay on the floor, face down, emitting a low groan. The pain was somewhat numbed by the blow his head had received, but his vision was reduced to nothing but blurs.
The sword was no longer in his hands, lying a few metres adjacent. It still throbbed with power, the taste of the wolf deemed to be satisfactory. It required a handler, who now was simply a heap, crumpled on the floor.

Garasu gasped as the beasts jaws plowed towards her, her heart skipping a beat. She closed her eyes as the jaws snapped shut. *Beat* she opened her eyes to see the wolf struggling to find a way past the glowing pink barrier shielding her by only a few inches. She stumbled backwards as the monster stepped backwards, a cunning and malicious glint in its canine eyes. Shikaku was trying to pin down Elise’s position when the wolf charged, and her concentration quickly broke. “Garasu!” Garasu stumbled backwards and bumped into her, nearly falling over until Shikaku steadied her. The wolf slammed into the barrier and a thin crack appeared. Now it slammed again, and this time the crack grew wider. Garasu looked at the smoking wound on the creature’s side. She looked at Will and the blade laying a short ways from him. She looked at Shikaku. She considered taking Shikaku and running, using her mirror to escape. She looked at the people she’d come to consider friends around her. She’d never forgive herself if Shikaku was killed, but at the same time… she made her choice. She disappeared, and reappeared on the other side of the barrier, leaping from a decorative looking glass on the wall. To land beside the sword, and reach down in an attempt to pick it up. Her hand grazed the hilt, and she was fired back a meter as a burst of flaming red lightning jumped across her body. The wolf turned from the barrier the commotion behind it. Was it possible for a mouth without lips to smile? Garasu crawled the few feet between her and Will, she had no way to teleport back to Shikaku, and trying to move past the creature. Thus far the beast seemed almost entirely unperturbed by any attacks against it but Will’s, and even Nyanko and Sverre’s defenses were apparently taxed. Garasu reached down her face understandably desperate. “Will please, get up! You have to get up…” She looked up at the casually approaching demon. She shook him viciously. “PLEASE!” Shikaku watched as the beast stalked towards the two. Her heart panicking. I have to… WILL WAKE UP!!! PLEASE! The thought resonated in his mind, and the pain dulled, though not even remotely entirely. replaced by a sense of urgency. Shikaku all but gave up on finding Elise’s consciousness as she collapsed the floor, clutching her chest. so that’s what it feels like to have a broken rib… Will please get up, you're the only one...
The beast charged and for the second time Garasu closed her eyes I Failed her I'm going to die, and I brought her with me!
