Just because it's the quickest and cheapest way to send someone a letter, doesn't make the sender lazy.

Just because it's the quickest and cheapest way to send someone a letter, doesn't make the sender lazy. Exactly! ... It's because it's the easiest way.

From what I read, it actually does. A few people who took the time with pen and paper and sent in a Self Addressed Self Stamped Envelope gets a written response back. A lot of times it's not what they wanted but it seems GW is old school that way and replies to snail mail but just deletes all the emails. Email is lazy. I am sure GW gets 1000s if not 10 000s of emails a day. If you can take the time to write a letter, and mail it, it seems GW can take the time to reply. Then send them a letter and don't (please do not swear) at me about being lazy? I never said anything about you being lazy? I didn't even quote you. Not sure why you think I am calling you lazy I am not. I meant that GW thinks that Email is lazy and so they don't respond much to emails but people who write a letter with a SASE.

Wow, this went wildly off topic really fast. I'd tell you guys to get back on topic or I'll lock the thread, but let's be honest, that isn't going to happen. I'm not sure that trying to salvage a forty page thread like this one is the best idea anyway.
If anyone has something new to add then feel free to start up a new thread about it. Besides this thread is too long to follow all the arguments. Maybe a fresh start would be best.
