Had another new player get out for his first game of 9th edition 40k. So grateful to have a good crew of folks come together to form a local gaming community.

This match makes me want to get some daka carnifexes. Seem to work better than close combat one.
Do you feel they are worth the points or would it be better to use those points towards a barbed hierodule?

I think the Heirdule will give you more mileage for the points spent on it. But throwing TONS of dice with Dakka fexes does make them feel useful and fun all in one.
