i have had no experience in play
Kronos, Kraken i have only done at least once with cultists, but i can see that the choices do play well with the adaptations, Krakenstealers for one are very good as it plays all to well with Genestealers ability to advance and charge in one turn.

I’d drop zoanthropes for maxing out hive guard. You really want 6 to maximize effects of adaptation and double shoot stratagem with symbiostorm. For spare points take an extra GS and get deathspittters on your warriors.

Edit: you should take scything talons on genestealers as well as rending claws, they’re free and don’t replace anything. Also take 5 acid maws
