Moscow. What a lovely place before the bombs fell. But now filled with demons and monsters. And.. Shadows. Echos of the dead, areas were men can die from ghost of the past. Or will see things that weren't there, stalkers scavenged these areas but with risk of there own. The snow melting the rain pouring down hard at times. We start here at the edge of a dead city. We're the ghost and echoes stood and watchers roamed in packs hunting.
Riga station is a member of the new VDNKh alliance and is known to be a poorer rundown station, needing aid and protection. The station seems to have an overcrowding problem, which is seen by going down the area known as 'The Black Street'. Many of the residents live in very small houses, barely big enough for the owners. The floor is covered in mud, and a back entrance is not even guarded. Prostitution is known to occurA small bar that deals mostly in Shroom Vodka takes up the top floor of the station, but seems to be built up, rather than a raised section from the original station. Below there is a small vendor area, that sells a variety of weapons and equipment. There is a main office area
Polis is a unique city-state of the Metro. Only there do the keepers of old pre-war knowledge remain in substantial quantity. All scientific knowledge became useless for other Metro states, as they slowly descended into the abyss of chaos and ignorance. Scientists from everywhere, where their skills were useless, came to Polis. Only there could one meet elderly professors from pre-war universities, the last artists, artisans, musicians and poets, physicists, chemists, biologists, and mathematicians. All those who kept the knowledge achieved by thousands of years of human history, that may or will be lost forever as they pass away. This is we're most rangers co e to enter D6 but enemy forces wouldn't stand a chance. Polis is protected by a very large Ranger force. There are at least eight Rangers at the first entrance. They are also protected by the Town Guards and Militia. The protection is around the clock, and they use the most advanced equipment for their guardsmen to ensure the safety of this settlement. Also, deployed at the entrance to Polis, is a very large armored emplacement with a tank gun and quad-DShK machine guns attached to it.
D6 Located deep underground, D6 is a massive bunker-like facility whose access routes are well-hidden in the Metro, and whose existence is regarded as something of a legend among the underground dwellersIt could be presumed that said accesses are roughly similar to each other, consisting of massive airlocks concealing rooms used for storing machinery and spare equipment, gradually leading further underground, to what appears to be the remains of an old mine-shaft. Even deeper are the only known ways to the facility itself, automated monorails which lead directly to D6 via tunnels separated from the metro. D6 itself is an enormous installation centered around a very large central shaft, which houses the monorails and the control station that directs electricity through the facility. A huge cylindrical shaft in the middle of the room leads further down through a number of smaller lifts, to a floor where the primary control room of the installation is located, and where the military installations of Moscow can be accessed and checked. The floor below is sealed off, save for its outer corridor and another lift, which leads to the deepest part of the facility, where its nuclear reactor and main generators lie. Massive sealed doors on all the floors of D6 apparently lead to unknown parts of the facility, including huge storage rooms filled with military hardware - tanks and other armor, missile launchers, including what appear to be "Topol-M'" Mobile Intercontinental Ballistic Missile units, huge stashes of ammunition and weapons, and so on.
In the words of tiny tina..- Roll for initiative mother fuck3rs!!!

The boy hummed as he strode across the ash covered ground, looking for all he was worth like he was a normal business man taking a stroll in the park. Well... That is it wasn't for gas mask... Or the blackened axe resting over his shoulder like a unused umbrella, blood steadily dripping from its razor sharp surface. "You still alive back there?~" Mantis sang happily as he broke his humming, not even bothering to look back at the man he was dragging by the collar with his thick leather glove.
"Alexei... Y-you left him to die..." The man croaked causing the masked, trench coat wearing boy to tsk at the response. "He was impaled through the lung. What was I meant to do?" "You caved his head in with your axe..." "Only because them Watchers where gonna get him anyway. If anything you should be-"
Before he could finish his sentence however a howl echoed from behind the two causing Mantis to stop and look round, lifting his axe to use the crimson stained blade to push up the rim of his bowler hat and get a better look at the windswept land behind them. "You hear that?" He asked casually to a now violently shaking Stalker who nodded in response, scared to find out what would happen if he ignore the man and his mirrored eyes.
"I thought so..." Giving the the landscape one last sweep he turned on his heel and began to march in the same direction he had been before, his axe back over his shoulder. "Don't worry my friend, we'll be at Riga station soon. Just give me a heads up if you see anything. Alrighty?" The wounded man gave another shaky nod, a hitched sob catching in his throat as he clutched at his limp arm.
Another howl sounded closer behind the pair as Mantis began to hum again, the pace fast and random which he seemed powerless to nod along to despite the dire situation.

For Aninka rising early was a force of habit. It didn't matter how late she'd been out the night prior, if she wasn't up before everyone else she didn't get up. Getting ready was also a string of habits. First she bathed in the acceptable living standards given to those that made Ranger status. She grinned as she let the water wash through her hair, the amount of people she'd had to stab to death or shoot for that position was rather high. Still, it had been worth it to get out of that burrow she lived in.
Then she sat naked brushing out her long golden hair and then she sat there with the towel loose around her body studying her reflection. It wouldn't be much longer now, intelligence was bringing in more and more people every month. Sad to say, a nice chunk of the station would soon be guarded by her people. "Patience Aninka. Patience." She said out loud to herself every morning. An anthem by which she lived her life. Then she pulled her curls up pinning them carefully so not one would fall out into her wig which soon was arranged on her head. Then she stood up and dressed in the garb of a ranger, today was her day off. A rare occurence, but today was one. She lifted her weapons to her form and then strode out of the complex.
She'd barely made it to the center of the station when she heard him calling her name, "Aninka! Aninka!" She didn't stop walkng. She never did, and yet he kept coming. He caught up with her well out of breathe and fell into step beside her, "Aninka when will you stop walking for me." Her gaze flicked over to one of the rangers that shared her usual duty roster- Yuri. "I never stop Yuri. And yet you keep walking with me." He smiled at her, "There arent' many happinesses left for our people. Always fighting, always dying." She pushed past him to a stall selling bread and purchased a warm loaf that she tore in half offering the otherside to Yuri who took it. " I suppose tumbling with you is what you suggest." She scoffed at this like nothing could be more absurd and took a bite of her bread. The man smiled as winningly as possible, "Ey. Don't act like it's just a tumble in a back alley. I meant it all. As long as we last." She shook her head and laughed again as they ate walking towards the ways up. As they moved they past one of the many *crow caw* houses and Aninka grabbed his arm pushing him towards it, "You are a fool. You want a pretty little lass we're here. Go ask one of those girls to smile at you."
She moved to continue upwards but she felt Yuri's hand lock onto her arm, "Aninka. I don't want those girls. I am a fool for you. There are worse types of fools to be in this life. Say you'll think about it." They were on their way up towards the surface now, "You always ask me to think about it," she said throwing her hands up in frustration, "And what do I always say Yuri!"
He smiled the same puppyish smile, "You scream Yuri! Yuri! I'm not thinking about it. Yuri! I'm going hunting and scavenging and I'm praying to God that he scar my face so bad that you turn for another girl." He laughed as she shook her head again, "But Aninka, what do I say?" She sighed, "Aninka, Aninka, you could be chewed on by a monster and I would still want you. And until you see it, I will continue to prove my love for you." She stared at him, "And I say that I will think of it." Yuri looked surprised at this, obviously this wasn't what she always said, and he leaned forward towards her only to have her turn and him get a mouthful of hair, " And I think you still don't really love me." She turned smiling at him offering him a strong arm to climb down from the lift, "Yes, and I am a fool." Yuri grinned disappointment still evident on his face as they took off for a day of hunting nasty beasties.

"Don't move a inch" Dimitri says as he stared face to face with a librarian. It was so close to him that it's breath fogged up his mask. And Dimitri stared into its eyes as his two comrades stood behind him looking into its eyes as well. These ranger where of a elite branch that lived in D6 known as spartans, and they had a haul today from around here. Each man was in winter camo had a bag full of goodies and armor piercing rounds ready to fly. The librarian moved away intimidated as them men all let out a breath going for the exit to the pollis metro station they came from. When they got to the doors a alarm went off as a pack of nosalis came at them. Dimitri fired his aks as the other fires a mix of a shambler and a Kalash 2012. The nosalis were a small pack and went down easy. As they entered the base placing what the found down, Dimitri made up to 180 MGR's that he would hand over to Diana.
As the boys went to the center of pollis station pacing the council room on there way. Dimitri saw a normal ranger flirt with another. Yuri and. Damn the sound of a door opening close to him blocked her name. Dimitri had one of his squad mates Sai another sniper take the rounds to Diana for him as he made his way to another station. You would think he was fallowing the female but no. He was just going to another area. A few reich and red soldiers were still stationed here since the treaty was signed. But that didnt still stir up conflicts in the metro. He nods to a reich and the reich nod back. No one was stupid enough to attack pollis. This station was to heavily guarded. And the reds were beat back into submission and the reich. Didn't have the man power. He made his way to a mess hall and started to get food to eat. And some vodka

The two pulled their masks down over their faces as the final gate opened and they jumped down into the dusty, ash covered wasteland. She could hear his muffled voice, "Aninka. You still look lovely even with that on." She laughed and turned holding one of her shiny knives, "You are not only a fool but a blind one." He laughed as well as they set about scavenging. They'd just come to the top of a hill when Aninka crouched down. "Did you hear that?" Yuri assumed the same position as her his rifle drawn. "Yeah. Sounds like Stalkers. But what kind of idiots are that loud. Every beast in the area will hear them."
As if to answert her question, a watcher came lunging down the path at Alexei and his dragged counterpart with a howl. Aninka who had just managed to spot the two moving along the path lunged forward in pursuit of the beast hoping to reach the two before it did. She reached to her sides letting the blades fly at the creature. Her aim rarely failed, and in this case, the first blade sunk straight into the creature's eye. It paused in skid down the hill to turn towards Aninka. "Aninka, you idiot what are you!" Yuri's voice was cut off by the creature howling and Aninka standing forward. "Yuri. Go get the Stalker and the guy." He shook his head, "No. No one has ever taken a watcher on their own. It is pure suicide." She turned her face still masked, "Yuri. Go get those two now." The beast didn't seem to want to wait any longer, with another roar it charged forward at Aninka who drew her to weapons and took off in a dash her weapons firing on and off as she weaved and dodged about barely managing to stay ahead of the creature.
Yuri hadn't listened as was running alongside her. "Yuri go get them now." He shook his head turning to fire a shot into the creature's head while running, "No. We should get out of here. They aren't our people." Aninka shook her head in irritation, "You are such a bad boy. My mother warned me about men like you," she swung her gun around clocking Yuri who tumbled to the side as the beast trampled past him set on having Aninka. He stood up finally forced to obey her whim. He reached Alexei and the man leaning down to lift the guy onto his back, "Hey come on. Station isn't far. We've gotta get you two here. Even if you are an idiot to be this loud."
They could see Aninka from far off moving in a dead out run as the creature moved up beside her snapping at her only to barely miss as she lunged sticking a blade into its tough side and holding on for dear life. It was clear Yuri's attention was on her as her feet scraped against the ground trying to get a chance to push her up. The creature had stopped running and was trying to grab her in its maw. It finally seemed to get something of a grip onto her duster and it flung her down in front of it leaning over her to roar again as it leaned back getting ready to take a bite of her. Yuri aimed his rifle and shot at the creature but it ignored the shot leaning down towards her. Right before she would have been lunch, another shot rang out this one took the creature's head clean off. Several of the other rangers had been out hunting the beast. The creature's headless body collapsed its paws just around Aninka who was laughing, "God I'm glad that I called that right." She sat up chuckling as Yuri breathed in a sigh of relief.
Aninka sat up moving over to clasp hands with the three other rangers that had appeared, "Sully you in there?" A man's voice rasped out in the affirmative, "Man. I'm glad I noticed your old limping footsteps while I was running." She turned back towards Yuri who was still standing with Alexei. "Well he's not gonna be happy. And now I'm all out of my hunting rounds for demons. So how about I buy you boys a drink for saving my worthless backside and one of you makes up with Yuri for me." The group laughed heartily at this including the one she'd called Sully. She turned back towards Yuri and took off to help him with the two strangers while the other rangers set about harvesting the parts of use from the creature.

As the fighting broke out Mantis had been watching, looking perfectly at ease even though the Stalker kept whimpering and Yuri was missing here there and everywhere. He had been considering taking a shot with one his his revolvers but thought better of it, it would be a waste of a bullet and his rescuers would know he was armed then... Starting to hum again he waited for the fighting to stop and even then continued as it became evident that Yuri was occupied.
When Aninka started to walk over to them however he stopped, either out of respect or curiosity at the woman that saved his life was unclear. Tucking his axe under his arm in a well practiced flick of the hand before reaching up with his now free hand to tilt his bowler hat in her direction. "Hello there miss. That's a fine set of skills you have on you if I may say so." Mantis chirped happily as her own masked face was reflected in his mirrored lenses, his accent twisted unlike any of the other stations from having lived alone for so long.

Aninka smiled at the younger man and his hat although this was unclear. So instead her gloved hand up two fingers together in a slight salute. "You may and I thank you for your kind words." Yuri had managed to hand the man off to one of the other rangers who was going to clear the way for their truimphant return. He stood quietly not greeting Mantis making his displeasure obvious. Aninka didn't seem at all to share his ways. "You aren't from around here lad. But you can't be heading anywhere but here. And luck and father seem to walk with you. It would be my pleasure to welcome you into Riga station and see to it you get a good spot before you keep on walking to wherever it is you are vexed to go." She held out her hand, "I'm Aninka, I'd tell you the rest of my name. But it's pretty long and dull."
She turned pointing towards the lift opening that was well concealed in stone and trees. "Right this way." Yuri still didn't introduce himself, only fell in behind them. The other rangers had pieces of meat and fur on their backs and another still had the wounded man he'd had while the others continued making trips to and from the beast. Aninka climbed onto the lift Yuri following her as the ranger with his man stepped on. The moment the hatch closed she lifted her mask off as did Yuri who seemed to see fit to speak finally, "What the hell is wrong with you. You bet your life on old Sully's hunting skills for a stranger." Aninka grinned dangerously, "Yeah. So what of it? Sully's the best shot and takes those beasts down in his sleep. I was in great hands." Yuri was clearly not about to be mollified, "Aninka, that's the stupidest thing ever. Sully is old and getting less and less talented." The lift doors opened to security.
Aninka stepped out holding up her hands, "We found a wounded and a stalker by the looks of him." Yuri wasn't done, "You broke every ranger rule in the book." Aninka grinned, "And when I get to the bar, I'm going to break a few more." Yuri shook his head, "How do we know he's safe." Aninka shrugged and turned to him, "Hey kid. You safe?" Yuri stormed off at that with a waive of his hand and some not very kind words.

With a fluid movement the masked boy slid his axe into a leather hoop by his side, its bladed head keeping it from falling out. Satisfied that he was in friendly enough hands he no longer felt the need to have a weapon in hand, so instead he took the girls hand in one of his own with the smooth professionalism you might expect to see from a merchant instead of a random stalker. "Its a pleasure to meet you, I'm Mantis." When he let go of her hand he gave a slight bow, tipping his hat again before standing back up. "And I'd appreciate the company. Please, after you." After waiting for them to start walking ahead Mantis brought up the rear, picking up his nodding again but this time without sound as he admired the diseased clouds overhead.
When they where in the elevator he made no move to take off his mask instead beginning to tap his foot to the movements of his head, ignoring the mutterings of a couple of the men with them. He was well aware of his standing as a being of myth among the people of the Metro, but other then finding it funny he felt no need to enforce it. Reaching the bottom of the lift he regarded the couple with a cocked head and a strange sense of curiosity. It wasn't often he actually saw people interact this close and when he did at times like this... It was more then a little odd...
Not understanding her question was a joke Mantis turned his head to the girl to study her through his mask better. "As long as you don't go off the Geiger counter I am." He said in a cool tone, making it uncertain if it was a joke if he didn't give an amused hum afterwards. Still not fully understanding what was happening he gave a wave to the Ranger as he stormed off before looking at the girl. "Would you perhaps like a drink? I feel as if I should give you something for your services. That and I have a while to kill before the crowds die down and I can go trade without too much hassle."

Aninka grinned at Mantis as if he were joking her full upper lip spreading happily as Yuri stormed off at the boy's comment that she seemed to take seriously, "Don't worry. I promise to play nice." She moved forward tossing her damaged armor off on one of the younger soldiers to reveal a fairly simple tunic, pants, and high boots set up. It almost seemed ashame that such a beautiful girl would be stuck in such drab attire. In fact the only source of color on her besides her cheeks was a rather nice looking red hair ribbon.
She nodded at the offer of the drink, "Yeah, drink. And then maybe by then Yuri will have taken his head from his arse and he'll show you how to have a good time in this shithole." She grinned as they reached the bar that all the rangers drank at, mostly due to proximity to the barracks and cleanest whorehouse in town. She pushed the doors open to reveal the usual bar scene. Women working the men, and men working the drink. She quickly found them a table and was seated. Yuri was already at the bar knocking back drinks like they were water and complaining over the awful din about Aninka. She waived the bartender over and soon vodka was there for the both of them. Aninka leaned forward as if they were sharing a drink and a secret, "So tell me Mr. Mantis. Just what is it that you deal in?"

Dimitri stood up and collected his things getting on a metro cart to Riga. He wanted some.. Show time. With that he grabbed his guitar and rifle and joined a caravan going to Riga. It was a long ride and the people were usually talking about the refuges from the red line. Or how Hanza or reich troops moved closer to pollis and the ring line. To Dimitri he didn't really care. Till he fell asleep. Having a nightmare... This one was different. It was a dark one standing above Diana as she clutched something in her arms. A child, Dimitri smiled but it faded. When he saw the other side of her. Fire burning as she had a revolver to her head as a nosalis was leaping at her ad the dead child he screamed and screamed but nothing heard him his feet wouldn't take him to her. He couldn't move as the trigger was pulled and the shot rang out. The dark one turned to Dimitri saying. Well this become what happens or will you change it Dimitri. The dark one waved his hand showing Riga station and the rangers making there way to it. The rangers showed green and mantis and aninka showed up as orange. Dimitri didnt understand it but then the nightmare ended.
When the nightmare ended he pulled out his guitar and started to play a tune, it was going to be a long ride to Riga Dimitri thought to himself as they traveled a frequently used tunnel. From pollis to Riga. When he got there he would find one of the commonwealth millita and see where he would go to get a drink in this place. But it was a long way. Half way there some people would talk about the red line attacking the reich now.more furiously then ever this time. Dimitri wasn't worried. No one was that stupid to attack pollis or D6 and besides the reds didnt have the man power to do it. And with that Dimitri fell asleep again until a riveting in Riga station hours later

"What I deal in?" Mantis said in his usual happy tone as he sat on the bar stool, taking a moment to look around at the other people in the bar. What he saw confused him greatly but just shrugged his shoulders. He had heard mentions of people 'selling' their bodies before, but the only time he had tried something of the sorts it seemed they had taken his offer of eating them very differently... That had been a disappointing night...
Turning his attention back to Aninka, Mantis took a glance at the drink sitting ready for him before pushing it towards the woman sitting opposite him. "Why I deal in whatever I can find: ammunition, food, medicine, weapons, fur, junk. Stalkery stuff." Pausing for a moment he took the time to unscrew his masks filter before carrying on. "But why do you ask? I do work as a hired gun from time to time if that's what you're asking. And I don't ask for much..." Giving a slight nod in Yuri's direction, never breaking tone so it was next to impossible if he meant it or not.

ooc - bloody hell, I'm always late to these things
ic -Nikki took another puff of her new cigar, she could afford such commodities such was her position. She and her friend laughed in a circle as another went on about her encounters with a young man, "...anyway, this guy was trying his best not to be a ga y, y'know? But it was so obvious! I couldn't get a rose out of him-" she interrupted herseld for another swig of vodka, "Ona, you're a (please do not swear) saint you know that? Helping some poor guy trying to deconvert. You should tell him to give up and get him onto some guys that would charge cheap you give him the dick" "Oh, no Nik, I did, don't you worry about that," she replied, obviously not holding her liquor as well as she thought she was, "I told him that that sorta (please do not swear) was just him whatever that priest said" "That man should know there's no (please do not swear) God, and if he is he's a (please do not swear) pile of (please do not swear)!" Helena added coming off her laugh. She paused to see a boy at the entrance to their safe house. The two men who were playing pool stood to attention if he were any threat. He was a slender chap with a boyish face looking not a day over 15, his bright blue eyes and his nervous smile sung with his discomfort here "Oi kid, you here for a good time?" "Leave him alone Helena, he's mine. C'mon Alex, let's see what your father brought me!"
He slowly walked into the place as if every surface in there were made of glass, the women making lude gestures at the kid as he went on, looking only not to seem impolite to the, whtat could be loosely be called, ladies. Nikki was waiting at a door to another room. She let the boy in first with a welcoming gesture. "Into the kids eh Nik?" "I have another job, remember?" she said before closing the door behind you.
Alex gave her a bag which Nikki was quick to conceal on her person. She looked at the kid, "You know you can do anything here, your father isn't watching." "He says he can smell the smoke and the alcohol," responded the boy as a declination, "anyway, Dad wanted to thankyou for you help with the recent heist against that Hanza shipment. He hopes that is enough." "Tell your daddy that I name a price and that's all I expect, there's not 'hoping there's enough for me'. If I give a price, I expect nothing less or more." Nikki said to the boy. "He said that you're an upstanding servant of the Commonealth and-" "Hey! HEY! I have no loyalty to this (please do not swear) place. Your dad gives me the money, I shoot the fat cats." "but your family and friends-" "-just happen to live in the same place. Heck, some of them are moving to other (please do not swear) stations. Can you blame them? This place is a (please do not swear) hole. You're a (please do not swear) gem in these parts and I would ditch it too." "So why don't you?" Alex made Nikki pause for a moment, "Maybe I will. And I'll take you with me. We can both get out of this (please do not swear) hole place. Maybe we'll join the rangers one day." "You would take me with you?" "You are the best man in this (please do not swear) station. You're a better man that your father. At least you didn't beat your mother." She said. That seemed to jolt something hostile in the boy so Nikki bushed his muffled fringe of his moptop away from his eyes and behind his left ear, "You have some potential in you. You deserve much more...." Nikki, unable to help herself slid he fingers then from behind his ear to the side of his neck "....and you're turning 16 in a month....." her hand than traced down the centre of his chest "....and each day you're becoming a beautiful man....". Before her caress could get any lower than his stomach he changed the subject abruptly.
"Also," he ssaid behind his increasing breaths, "there is a ranger arriving here soon." "Well, it looks like I should get my daily news of what else is happening in this metro." They left the safe house, the calls no less cruder then when he entered. Nikke went off to the main platform of the station to see what exactly arrived. She spruced herself up o the way in the off chance that she could be doing business as well as consuming goods.

Aninka grinned reaching forward her fingers sliding slowly around the neck of the bottle before she lifted it up to take a swig of it. She put it down with a grin having caught the shrug of his shoulders and his turned head, it wasn't as though he could not listen to her without it being obvious. The masks weren't meant to help with head movement. "Never been to the station have you Mr. Mantis." She put the bottle down between them again, "Never seen how people without hope live. Animals is how they live. Grindin, Drinkin, and defending. They haven't anything else. God, sometimes I wish the good lord would put them out of their misery." She smiled her eyes returning to him.
"Depending on what you have today you'll fetch a pretty coin for your efforts. I heard tell that our ranger station was getting a little low on ammunition and the like." She smiled at the highered gun line and let out a small giggle, "A highered gun like you would get folks around these parts killed with all your humming and whistling." He noticed strangely that within the sentence she didn't drop the sounds at the end, which was a low class Russian action. She momentarily sounded like a noble would. "Still, I suppose nobody is dead, and that makes you a lucky son of a (please do not swear). So maybe the father has his eye on you and that is something we don't have around this station."
She smiled lightly, "I'll see if we can't find a job for you to do, but that means talking to the higher ups. Tell ya what, we'll finish this drink and then I'll go wrestle Yuri to the ground give him a peck on the head what'll turn his head right around and then we'll hop a ride to the metro to do your trading and see the people that give tasks." She lifted the bottle taking a good long drink before plopping it back down for him and standing. She moved over towards Yuri who had just turned back from glaring at Mantis.
She came up behind him her arms wrapping around his shoulders and neck, "Hey Yuri. Hey Yuri. Stop drinkin' and lookin' like a bloody fool. Ya could just confess your love for me." He was struggling in her grasp by the first moment her arms were around him. She pulled him straight from the stool with a grunt and flung him at the floor. The other people in the bar were already laughing which made it clear this might be a common occurence between the two. None the less, the show didn't end there, Yuri was screaming at her profanities that almost nobody would repeat. He moved to sit up only to find her boot on his chest. "Oh no. What was that about my family having descended from dog's blood. That ain't in any love poem I ever heard. Now you better forgive me for the events of today or I'll make you say uncle here in front of these guys."
Yuri grabbed her boot twisting it as she went down against the nearest table with a crash. He was up in an instant running at her while she grinned at him, "Yuri, I apologize for makin you sweat." He paused in his charge obviously considering her words, but she was up in a second throwing a punch that brought him to the ground. They continued to tangle until finally she had him straddled on the ground. "Say it."
He spat up at her and she grinned leaning down, "Say it."
He glared, "I forgive you for the events of today."
She grinned at him, "Good lad. Now go back to drinking." She stood up gracefully from him while the bar laughed and soon were involved of fights of their own. She moved over towards Mantis rubbing her eyebrow where Yuri had smacked her, "Come on. If we don't hurry I'll be askin' to join you as a stalker."

The trolly stopped as people started to disembark. Well not a lot of people mostly some stalkers and criminal scum. Dimitri was the last to get off. Some homeless people reached for him . Asking for him to spare a bullet, he didnt he moved on. He really didn't care about this rat hole. One man a guard came up to him. "Hey. Your a polis ranger right?" The man asks Him as Dimitri nods looking at him. "What of it? If its charity you want don't count on it. Assassinations. No. If its anything of that sorts don't even ask. And I'm not interested in selling my guns or buying anything." Dimitri says as he keeps walking. The man yells after Dimitri. "I was just going to welcome you to Riga you (please do not swear)." Dimitri shrugged and kept walking on getting a few stares from people and others alike militia and stalkers.
In D6 daichi found Diana at D4 which was turned into a bar and or theater. She was performing for soldiers while one played piano as she danced to the tune. It wasn't exotic for she wore a nice blue dress. Diana was once part of the reich, her body almost perfection unless you count the scars on her arm face and above her left Brest, when daichi found her he waited till she was done and gave her the gift. She put her face I to his shoulder and cried seeing he won't come home again. This was normal, for Dimitri to go from, polis to another station back to polis for a week then to D6. If you asked her she would say it was very hard to keep a family in this world, expects ally with a ranger as the husband.

Nikki sighed as most of the people were after way more interests than she was. Heck, all seemed to have their own agendas which they went right off to. There was an exception though. A bloke who was a nice mature man lingered behind the crowd. He seemed to be a ranger and the beggers knew it; he seemed fed up with the local populace very quickly so Nikki decided she would hold off her approach. As he moved off she followed quite a way behind, enough to almost lose him 3 or 4 times. He looked seasoned enough to be of interest. After he entered the bar he, she waited outside as to dissuade suspicion, if any.
After a couple of minutes of waiting outside, she saw Alex dawdle down the street with an exhausted look on his face and a fresh-looking black-eye. She knew immediately that he had done all his father's errands and that his ol' man was in no good mood today. Maybe she should have thanked him for being paid. She pulled Alex aside by his shoulders, the timid boy jumped and almost stabbed her with his acquired combat knife he didn't see who it was last minute. "Aw, that's not something of yours I want inside me Alex" she whined with a wink. "I- uh... sorry" he said in a panic, concealing the weapon, "I didn't expect - I mean -uh- what are you doing here an-" "No time. You're my date. Look older would you, I need to get some business done. When we get inside I need you to site exactly where I tell you, capisci?" "Why-" "-Come on!"
She felt good about this little stike of luck. She could find out if this guy could be advantageous to her, She had an intuition right in the pit of her stomach about it. "Now Alex, see that mean over there?" "The one with a beret and the prosthesis?" "What? No! The one with the scar and the beard." "Oh yea-" "-Sshh. Go sit at that empty table by him" "Wh-" "-Before it gets taken, go!"
The boy wam obdediant and sat at the table. He hoped to hell no one asked his age. He looked nervously up at Dimitri, his gaze shooting down every time he would return it. Nikki came to his rescue, coming from the bar with a cuople of pints "I can't" "You're turning eighteen, of course you are" "You mean six-" "I mean eighteen of course" she looked at him with a raise eyebrow. He caught on eventually.
She went over to Dimitri, tagging Alex along, his right eye still bright blue and frettingly twitching his gaze to and fro. "Hey mate, you don't mind if we sit here do ya? My friend Alex just won a fight and we decided to celebrate. No one should be drinking alone. I'm Nikki." She held out her hand in greeting.
