Nyanko looked up at her as if trying to decide what exactly to do with this. Her irritable I got out of bed for this side told her to press on the girl before her for information, but the way Garasu looked at Jinx made her decide not to. She nodded and stood dusting her skirt off. "I suppose Judgement can wait a few more days for a briefing on this. She leaned over the bed writing her phone number on a sticky note pad in a way that struck Garasu as rather slow. Finally, she nodded bowing to both of them slightly, "I will return in a day or if you feel like talking later, my number is on the pad." She looked at Jinx, "Why don't you follow me, you appear in full health, I can interview you today." she smiled at Garasu as she waited for Jinx to follow her.
She wasn't facing Jinx still, and Garasu could hear her voice and her lips weren't moving. She looked up at Garasu smiling her eyes fully outlined in a glowing pink color. *Do not be alarmed. I am not looking in your mind. I am only communicating in a way that Einzberg-san cannot hear. I already know there is something you don't want to tell me. If it is because he's here then when we leave please feel free to call me and we can sort something out. Otherwise I strongly advise you to tell me the whole story, even if you want to do so off the record in a way that you cannot be legally persecuted for that will be fine with me. So long as I can assume you are not a threat I will not need to report anything out of the ordinary.* She had reached the door and was holding it open for Jinx, Garasu could still hear her voice continuing *I know you don't think I'm trustworthy. Which is fine, I'm used to having people squirm once they know about me. But I'll put some trust in you so you know anything you say that you don't want on the record stays there. There are seven level five espers, this statistic is inaccurate because I am the eighth level five. Nobody beside you, me, and a level zero guy knows this. I intend to stay that way until I'm ready for all that being a level 5 brings. You have my number.*

Will smiled as he walked in, although perturbed by how well he was taking the whole incident. Will had never felt worse following his own, it certainly made him feel less of a man.
"Yeah crazy... you seem to be taking it well..." Will spoke quietly as he sipped his tea. It was by far his favourite drink, in all of its incarnations, from green to breakfast. Mostly, it was the warmth , how the hot liquid made him feel fine on cold days. Those were more common in his youth, Academy city enjoyed a far more temperate climate.
"So where do you live anyway?"
He was beginning to realise how little he knew about Aidan, and so how fluent conversation would be hard to come by.
He saw the bottom of his mug, and promptly ordered some more of the waiter, in fear of what to occupy himself with in the situation.
His eyes darted about nervously, as though he were on the verge of panic. He didn't realise what was coming, a psychologist might have recognised a slight mood swing, but to Aidan it was just another kid acting awkwardly.
As the waiter set the filled mug on the table, he sighed, and in a completely random burst of emotion he began to speak.
"I'll be honest with you Aidan, I hate that you're feeling okay, I despise your tenacity." He shifted, looking past Aidan, through the window, although he could see the feeling in Wills eyes.
"I don't like this city, I used to live in England, this city isn't real, too much happens, never enough time to think, to many people content with why they a-re," he seemed to choke the last word horribly.
"You know what, I'm sorry, Ive got to go... for a minute."
He got up and left the cafe. Through the glass window, Aidan could see him standing on the verge of the road, seemingly staring upwards.
Will was outside, taking breaths deeply, eyes fixated on a looming skyscraper. After a minute or so, his gaze shifted slowly to the road in front, and he turned around, ignoring Aidan's gaze, re-entering the cafe.
"Sorry about that, some days I just..."
He grabbed his mug and took a deep drink, appreciating the liquids temperature.
"Maybe I should be medicated," he laughed, abortively, before continuing to stare at his drink.
ooc- we need to get in the same time frame guys

ooc- Well as far as I could tell, 1 night has passed since OP, because Will mentioned the morning.
ic-After trying to get back on schedule which was up-heaved by the rude awakening, he spent his ritualistic 3 or so hours entranced on the internet. In particular, he was excited about them making a 4th type of nucleic acid that; unlike DNA, RNA and XNA; did contain phosphates. This really cool step in synthetic biology got him a little happier. After cleaning out what little food that he had which had gone bad and having the delightful feast of the last packet of instant noodles he noted he only had a couple of cans of baked beans left he decided he should get a new round of groceries.
As he looked for a map in the internet of all the closest grocers, butchers, stores and plazas, he had the idea to visit Haru. He knew Haru because he'd seen him in the labs around Tomagami cleaning things and he seems to have a fairly good understanding of science from what he heard of his conversations with girls he's helped with homework. He was almost certain it was him who was with that nun that got attacked by the crazy person after the nun. He also wanted to make sure they were really alright after last night. Sverre looked up Haru's conyact details after getting into Tomagani's staff and admin section of the site - this place could use some better security he thought - as he looked up Tomako Haru's address. It wasn't too far from the incident that happened that night and it wasn't too far from the direct route between here and the closest mall.
As he got showered and dressed into yesterday's clothes, his shirt signatorily untidy, and his beanie on this head and stinking of sunscrean he has almost set off before grabbing his bag - that nun knew magic and he wanted to talk to her about what he knew. He made his way over to where his address was. Standing at the door of the apartment he hesitated to knock, being the introverted guy he was. Against his initial impulse he knocked on Haru's door.

Aidan didn't know what to say, usually he had too much to say and people didn't want to listen. Taking it well, he guessed he was. But that was because he might use the situation to become stronger so he could maybe stop this from ever happening to anyone else.
Aidan had tried to answer the "where do you live" question but he noticed that will wasn't really listening and was startled by the panic and mood swings. He was use to people acting weird around him but not ones that were trying to be nice. Aidan didn't even care about the things that Will said, he was more worried about why Will was acting so funny.
When Will got up and ran out Aidan didn't know what to do. He wanted to help but he couldn't. Nothing he knew how to do or none of his powers would help here. He felt more helpless then when he was surrounded by the gang members. He cared little about him self being hurt, although he didn't like it, he would rather others didn't feel pain.
When Will came back in, Aidan was releaved at least Will didn't run off in this state. He might have hurt him self or others.
Once Will said that he might need medication all Aidan said was, "Don't we all", laughing uncomfortably.
Aidan sipped his chocolate milk uncomfortably not sure what to say next.

ooc (My brother had to be a happy rules lawyer and jump Nyanko, himself, and Jinx ahead two days. Feel free to beat him up, bury him in sand with jelly on his face, or start a dedicated website to posting pictures of him with a feather boa in extremely risque scenarios. Hopefully this picture can help get you started: ) Oh right roleplaying! Sverre could hear some clambering, shouts from a girl's voice of "Haru, get the door! Wait, are we home?" and the sound of a male shouting back, "Index, go answer, I'm trying to finish this. It's probably just the pizza." He could hear footsteps nearing the door and suddenly it was thrown open and the girl in nun's habit stood before him her green eyes wide with anticipation. That childish anticipation was squashed like a watermelon under a 3 ton truck with 7 wheels the moment she saw Sverre. "Haruuuu it's that boy from yesterday." He heard more clamboring and the boy came out into the hall rubbing his hair, "Yeah, I'm guessing you aren't also a pizza guy." Index turned folding her arms at Haru and striding off past him with a flounce to her step, "You don't have to tell me it isn't a pizza guy. I'm starving." Haru looked slightly embarassed at this, "Index, be polite, he did help us yesterday." The sound of a popular Japanese show involving a sorceress and fighting crime was the only response Haru got. He turned back to Sverre smiling, "Sorry, she's impossible," the way he said this indicated a deep abiding affection, "Come on in. I wanted to thank you for yesterday anyway." He led Sverre into the apartment. It was small, cramped even, but it had a certain messy coziness that felt welcoming. He could see many books all over the place and a knocked over table. Index sat on the floor on her knees watching the tv with enthusiasm that can only be related to that of a small child. A cat was perched atop her head and meowed as she rocked around reacting to the show. "So this is what magic is. It's great." Haru smiled, "Sorry, the place is a mess. But there will be pizza and I can offer you a drink." He walked past the tv shutting it off. Index reached for it and he turned, "Everytime you turn that on, you lose a day of your life." She shrank backwards from it turning to face Sverre instead. "You look like you are down on your luck. Do you need to be taken in by the church?" She giggled as if she'd said something very serious and funny at the same time. Haru returned bearing cans of various drinks. "I didn't know what you'd like so I just brought what we have." Haru set the drinks on the ground and then sat down beside Index who was petting the cat atop her head. "So um...what can we do for you?" Index turned not looking very serious but what she said seemed to be, "You shouldn't use magic. It is very dangerous for Espers to use magic. They used to die from it before most of them stopped. That girl almost did." She brightened visibly as another knock came and Haru rose to answer it. She sat silently seemingly full of energy, "So what do you want?" she said standing up with her hands on her hips. She was about his height, maybe a bit taller with the cat and headdress on.

ooc - You're the sister of Michael Cera?
ic - Sverre was sorta taken off guard by the fervid demeanor of the nun - nothing he expected. "I'm Sve-" his shy, quiet whimper was quickly drowned out by those who he was visiting. Passively he obeyed the invitation inside, he looked around with this head dropped and shoulders hunched - he really looked and uncomfortably out of place and he felt. The place was so disorganized, so messy - his uneasy feeling with the place was approaching OCD proportions. Sverre recognized the season and the episode of the show, he had the qhole pirated series on his laptop in his bag after all. He was offered pizza and a drink. "I-uh-don't want to intrude...." He mumbled shyly, unsure if they have heard anything that he has said as of yet. Their lack of of response he took as a 'don't worry about it', that or they just didn't understand his accent.
When Haru brought out the drinks, Sverre looked up at him with a slight smirk. "Thank you" He said slightly more comfortably this time, although still very shy, taking a can of sarsaparilla. Than he Index confronted him. "What? No! I don't use magic. Heck, do you actually believe in that? Why would you think that I used-" Index returned a the look when one knew when somebody was lying. Sverre was the worst liar in the history of the this universe and every other that theoretically exists. He was about to fess up but then she went running off to the door now the pizza was here. It made him think though, could he be hurting himself by studying magic? No way, there's no evidence that it does. Then again, there isn't much research into magic altogether.
He wanted to prove her wrong though. As she returned with her arms occupied with a pizza box, he got out the laminated parchment covered in the spells he had been translating, out from hiding in the pages of the synthetic biology text book in his over-shoulder bag. One of the pages he translated mentioned Esper Sorcerers in history. Her face seemed to recognize the pages straight away before Sverre was even able to speak.

Ooc- In order to move things on slightly, I’ll ask a question, you can answer it, then Will will leave.
Will smirked sadly, put down his mug and looked up to Aidan. “So this “card game”, is it any fun.” He fully expected a long description and wasn’t afraid to endure it.
Having listened, Will considered what Aidan had said before getting up. “Maybe I’ll see you again some day, enjoy the weather.” He smiled comfortably, before heading to the counter, paying quickly and heading out the door, leaving Aidan in the café.
It was sunny, as was the norm here. Back in England, people spent months before June praying for a decent summer only to find out that it was in vain, and then the months of damp commenced. Across the road a clock, hanging above a shop, read 4:30. He was surprised; time had passed fast considering the awkwardness of the situation, yet he still decided to walk back to the apartment. He’d get to pass through the park at least.
After taking the winding path through the isolated area of trees in the city, Will came out on the other side to his neighbourhood. It was actually beginning to get dark; after all, the walk had been 4 hours, owing to his slow speed.
He traversed the suburban houses before finding his apartment block and taking the lift upwards to his flat. Closing the door behind him, he began to think of the other strange kid he’d met yesterday, Sverre. Part of him began to worry, last time he’d seen him, the Norwegian had been in a bad state. He started to cook dinner, considering contacting the considerably younger kid.
As he sat eating on the kitchen table, which usually doubled as the kitchen surface, he realised that he actually neglected his normal friends. He was getting fairly involved with this new bunch, with their associated problems. Perhaps he fitted in better with them. He smiled, as though amused by his own quirks.
He sat the empty bowl in the sink, deciding to try and get hold of Sverre. Scrolling through his phone contacts, he realised that he had none of his details. As a compromise, he texted Nyanko, believing she was in care of the younger child.
Hi Nyanko
Are you with Sverre? Is he doing okay? I’ve started to worry about him, he was looking so good last time I saw him.
He sent the text, realising that it was reaching the unsociable hour of 9 o clock. He shrugged, slid open the door of his balcony and taking a seat on his one chair. The breeze was notably colder, but if anything it made him slightly nostalgic as he took in the city’s electric skyline.

ooc- okay,so maybe it's not morning anymore, but then again,it probably still is in some time zone,so technically i'm not late at all,as for the time difference, can't we just say 'kitten it' and pretend we're in the same time frame? anyway, back to the game:
Jinx followed Nyanko,he pulled out his Phone and with a sigh, put it back, with honest curiosity he asked "so what is it you wanna know?" He quickly thought up a number of ways to avoid possible questions, escape routes in case something went wrong and distinguished info he could give out and stuff he would best keep secret.
He yawned,he had barely slept these last days, keeping watch over Garasu at night and checking some other things at day while there were too many ppl in the hospital for anybody to act. Jinx realized that with how he was currently feeling,he probably were no match for his senpai,he would not even be able to keep up a resistance if she tried to peer into his mind, heck,he didn't even realize it earlier. He wanted to make this quick, but this however could prove as a good opportunity to strengthen his contacts, having a Judgement officer close to him could open some doors,he had to carefully consider how to do this.

Ooc (basically I am.) 1 day timeline Nyanko had spent most of the day in her new office getting aquainted with things and looking at the Big Spider case. It was around 9 o clock when her phone broke her from the work. She looked over at it and lifted to text back.
Hey Well, (He'd noticed a significant amount of little typos like this looking at her work yesterday.) I dont look after Sverre everyday. It is my job to show him around and see that he makes some friends and adjusts well. I'm not really sure with him. Serrve is Sveerr and you just have to roll with the punches. If you want, I might go to the beach with him tomorrow if I can convince him. You could feel free to come along.
It was signed with a flourishing little art design of a cat. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________ Timeline 2 days
Nyanko turned to look at him as if sensing his uncertainty. She smiled her arms folding behind her back as they walked through the hospital. "Let's start with what happened two days ago. When Garasu-san was brought in here almost dead I have two testamonies placing you at that scene. So why don't you tell me how she ended up like that, and what happened." He noticed she wasn't really smiling as much at him, perhaps she only used that on the female subjects to make them feel at ease. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________
Haru returned with the Pizza setting it down while Index wiggled happily. He left for the kitchen and began to rattle around for some plates. This caused Index to turn her attention to Sverre. She took the paper from his hands, "Wow, you've got a real copy. I haven't seen this in...actually I don't remember. I just know I've seen it." She laughed again, " You don't need to lie to me or Haru." There was a sound of a crash and "ow just my luck" from the kitchen. Index smiled at him, "I'm a sister in the Church Necessarius. Churches do almost all of magic these days." She watched him waiting for her to prove him wrong about magic harming espers.
"Sve-chan, the document you hold is from a much older date in history when clans were waring with eachother. One clan was led by espers with power, and so the other, made of lower espers and nons created that as anti-esper magic. And although you may not know this, I can promise you that while some espers still practice magic, it does indeed end up killing them and worse, depending on the magic used if you were to say stop using the magic, you might not be able to use your esper powers again." She was looking as serious as her childish face could as she said this. "Studying magic is a dangerous practice anyway." Haru returned bearing plates and smiled as he began to dish out Pizza. Index happily grabbed her plate and began to eat with unbridled enthusiasm. Haru held out a plate to Sverre smiling"You should probably listen to her, she's the Magical Index after all."

Jinx responded honestly, realizing lying would only be in his disadvantage : "I was taking a walk when i spotted some strange runes,i wanted to take that route so i sneaked in,I saw Garasu facing a boy and a nun, shortly after-wards another boy appeared,Garasu got badly injured during the fight,i took my distance which is why i don't know all the details" Shame overcame him when he mentioned 'took a distance' he fled out of fear, but it was too late to mind his mistakes' "i tried to break up the fight by threatening them that if they wouldn't stop,I'd kill them, let's just say it didn't work." He caught his breath, straightened his back and said with a tired voice "now if you'd excuse me,i have to catch some sleep,i had some restless nights lately, here's my number" he handed a small card to Nyanko containing his name, number and Esper lvl(officially 4)"if you need me,call me" He turned away and started walking before shortly stopping, turning around and saying with a threatening voice "I'm entrusting Garasu to you, keep her safe,if you fail to do that, let's just say i have some tricks up my sleeve" ooc- spellcheck keeps trying to replace Garasu with Grass

Aidan, started to answer the question slowly, not 100% sure what to say fully. But then as he got into the answer he built up speed and got really into the explanation as normal. After Will had left he sat there for a few moments and then decided to go home.
He went into his back yard to practice his powers. He first tried to break a rule in the game, He had a card of a high level monster that normally you would need to scarifice two monsters to summon, he concentrated on the picture and waited. Nothing, what how could there be nothing he did it before.
He kept trying until it started to get night, and his uncle called him in for dinner. He ate wondering why he was able to do it while sleeping. He went on the net and did some research, He knew the limits to his powers were self imposed. Teacher and the government had said that for years, his power could be almost god like if he was able to get past it but nothing had broke the barriers until now.
He tried to think of what it was in the dream that made him able to summon the monster. He was scared fighting for his life and was able to summon it. Maybe that was it he needed to push harder and use adrenaline until he could do it on his own.
He went out in the night and ran and ran, just around the block but to get his adrenaline up. The he thought of it, he saw a large parking garage. if he jumped from there and use the "wings of an angel" card, (which was for monsters not a caster) he would break the rules and save him self.
He got up to the top and pulled out the card, he looked at it and gulped, and jumped. He concentrated on the card thinking he wanted the wings but nothing was happening. He was falling.
Aidan had forgot to look down before he jumped and when he noticed the large garbage bin with large metal beams sticking out of it. Aidan would die if he hit those. That is when Aidan's life flashed before his eyes. He could see things he had forgot, playing with a puppy he had summoned/created as a child to play with and then dismiss.
That was it, he didn't summon as if by magic, he created the image in the real world. he thought on the wings in the picture on his back. Again it didn't happen, he would be dead in a second if he didn't do it. He closed his eye and squeezed the card hard squashing it in his hand, thinking he was about to die. The nothing no pain, not blackness, just his eyes closed.
When he opened his eyes he was hovering above the garbage bin with large glowing wings on his back. Success, he had done it, he didn't know if he could again. But he would try hard to, now he knew he could. He flew back home, in the open the flying was easy, but he had hit the fence and fell on his face once he got to his house.
He was so tired, he dismissed the wings and went to bed, with a sore face. Aidan was very happy with him self, he would practice hard with his new/old power of his. But now it was time to sleep and it was a nice peace full sleep.

(OOC- I knew I was being lazy but really? Two days have passed IC? >_> Oh well if it comes to it I'll break Yume off and just burn a day or so because of religious school stuffz)
Yume let out a single bark of laughter at Marik's remark before putting his hands in his hoodies pockets and walking after the man, hood already drawn low over his head. "More like people in general..." He muttered as they walked, being careful to keep the gun as concealed as possible as they walked thought the crowd. It might be true he hated being anything close to people but it wouldn't do any good to start a panic. So he walked a little behind his new "friend" eyes locked onto his mind for the slightest hint of hostility, ready to draw his terrible pistol at a moments notice.
For as much good as that would do him... God he missed Spitch...

Sverre gave a relieved sigh when he realized he would be in know danger when talking about magic here. He wanted to pull his pages back off her when she snatched them off him but he didn't want to be impolite In response to the her warnings of Espers using magic, not knowing that the magic he worked with was specifically anti esper, he responded quietly, "But I've performed some of these spells using my powers to help a couple of times. Nothing seems to go terribly wrong, I never get more than a headache," He was refering to the first time he tried using that puppet master spell, which he thought was an empathy spell, was more than just a headache: it was a resounding migraine that left him weak and bleeding from the ears and nose, "It was this one, one where people see eachother's perspective" He telekinetically pulled it from the pile to point it out, he didn't know how malicious it truely was, nor the properties of the blood sacrifice required.
When Haru handed him a plate Sverre he shyly took it. Than he heard a term that was only briefly mentioned in his looking-ins of the subject - a magic index. His jaw dropped and his eyes widened. "There are still magic indices? They can be people?" With no interest in increasing his own power, only to further his knowledge on the sibject, his shyness and discomfort melted as he said with upmost fervor and enthusiasm which indicated more of a fondness of learning about what he loves rather than to become a better sorcerer, "You have to teach me everything you know. The history, the sects, maledictions, blessings, potions, geographical and cultural influences, potency, incantations, translations, origins, discoveries, everything you know!"

Nyanko didn't like this guy, it wasn't quite his smarmy attitude - she'd dealt with that before. It wasn't his obvious disrespect for her higher position (she'd encountered a lot of that). It wasn't even the fact that he handed her his card and dismissed himself rudely. No, she had a handle on it as he retreated, it was the fact he couldn't even bother to be honest with himself. It was this line of thought that caused her reaction when he turned around threatening her. It was lucky that she'd come very early in the morning and they were standing on the stairs right before the lobby, otherwise she might have had to deal with security cameras or proof of what she did. As he turned to leave he heard her response, "Hey rich boy." When he turned to look at her he found a plant vase outlined in pink rushing towards his head and her striding towards him her hair wildly out of control. The plant stopped just before it collided with his head and she stood one step above him with a very intense, dangerous smile splayed across her face. She didn't speak, just looked him up and down. He could hear her voice coming from the walls but her lips just remained spread in that awful grin. "I'm not your lap dog. I don't do what people like you tell me to. I haven't for a very very long time. You have your tricks. I hope they're level five material. Because if they aren't step the (please do not swear) off." She turned her head looking to the side and waving at the woman minding the lobby, "Hello ,Cindy. I love your new lip stick." He saw her eyes glittering pink still and could hear her chuckling. The woman at the desk waved at her and accepted the compliment graciously, as if there was no plant hovering inches above Jinx's head. Nyanko stepped around Jinx flicking his card at his head her voice disappearing from the walls, " If I want you, I can find you. I doubt I'll want you. It is far more likely you will want me." She strode with all the confidence in the world out the lobby doors. When she was gone, he noticed that potted plant above his head was gone, and that there were no plants in the lobby she could have had there. The administrative woman smiled brightly at him. _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Index said with a slice of pizza half in her mouth, "It gets worse the more you use it. Think of it like a credit limit. You have 10,000 yen. If you buy a soda, the credit bill isn't too bad. Sure, it sucks to pay the percentage, but it is like a minor head-ache. If you buy a school-book it might be a nose bleed. As you use up your credit limit, you might not ever be able to buy that nice new tv you wanted. But eventually, you have a dollar left to spend, and when you spend that, no matter if it is on the soda or the tv you won't be able to pay the limit and you'll be," She paused in this explanation to finish swallowing her food. In order to not stop talking she dragged her finger across her throat. "And only a few people can pay the debt down to keep doing magic. Espers with regenerative powers or maybe reality warping powers."
Haru sat quietly eating pizza as they talked, apparently he didn't interact with the subject as much as her. She just started at Sverre's enthusiasm, "Well of course there are grimoires! Me! I have the ability of perfect memorization. I remember everything." She smiled reaching for the final slice of pizza just as Haru did. Her teeth hit his hand and he snapped back with a jerk and a stifled scream. He rubbed his hand glaring at her while she smiled chewing the pizza happily. Haru turned to Sverre while she told Sphinx about her conquest of the pizza. " I've spoken to another Sorcerer that used to be with her, he's told me that the church of Necessarius is destroying the grimoires because they don't believe magic is a good thing. He said Index was originally conceived so that they could get the knowledge out of the people's hands without it reappearing. That's where she comes in. You can see why they might protect her so." Index's attention returned to them and she nodded at this. "Yes. I didn't remember it at the time. But they did start rolling this out a few years back." She smiled brightly, "Hopefully, in a generation magic will be lost. Faded into history." She looked at him as if she'd just realized what he'd asked. She stood up her hands on her hips as she shouted loudly, "I wouldn't help spread magic. I've been created to stop magic. It is absolutely out of the question. Our father who art in heaven would not wish me to help you with this. Only members of the church can possibly listen to me about the things I know." She lifted the cat from her head squeezing it and walked over to pat Haru affectionately on the head, "Only Sphinx and Haru may hear what I have to say." Haru looked irritated and stood up, "I have to go to see Komoe-sensei about somethings." He began to gather up his shoes and put them on. "Index sat down again next to Sverre and leaned over in a conspiratorial manner, "However, if you were a lost person in need of aid and help. The church would have to take you in. That's how my robe works." She smiled brightly squeezing her cat again.
