Yume's anger flared at the mages remark, causing his cat like eye to contract and to a certain exstent the fragmented pupil of his right eye. He uttered a low growl leveling the gun at the back of the mans head and was so close to pulling the trigger he could almost see the the mans skull shattering. The only thing that stopped him was logic. He knew magic better than most in this world but even he didn't need that to tell the man had something up his sleeve. So reluctantly Yume lowered the gun to watch the man slink away.
He hated people like that so much it sometimes hurt... Why couldn't he have come out somewhere where everyone was dead?
His eyes stayed locked onto the mage until the strange guy proposed his offer causing Yume to turn, leaving the gun lowered but still in sight. He looked at the mans hand with a look of distaste. He hated physical contact at the best of times but what he was saying was more than interesting. It was something that could make everything in this pitiful world change. And to add to the bargain this random was offering to work "with" him.
A nasty smile twisted Yume's face which with his youthful features made him look like a kid trying to pull a scary face but there was defiantly something about his eye that was off (other than the fact one was animistic and the other compromised of a shattered pupil). It was a spark that spoke of things so twisted that they couldn't even exist in this realm, plans that shouldn't even be considered and idea's well into the sea of insanity.
Still smiling Yume lightly grabbed the mans hand in own unnaturally twisted left. "I say we give her a reason to fear the dark..."

Aidan looked up at the girl. "Im ok. More fingers then u should but Im ok." He reached out with his mind to stop the beaver and dismiss it. But just as he was about to the beaver was hit by a brick. Luckily it hit the beavers helmet but this startled it and Adian. Anouther brick almost hit Aidan him self.
Aidan reached out again to dismiss the battleaxe beaver. There was a hesitation just for a second but it disappeared like it should slowly fading out of existence. This hesitation confused Aidan but it may have been the ringing in his head.
He had been in the process of healing when the machine had turned off his powers. He wasn't too bad but he felt like he could sleep for a week.
He wanted to lay there and wait for the ringing to stop, as well as the world to stop spinning but he knew there wouldn't be that much time.
So Adian tried to put his feet under him and get up. He was wobbly but was able to get on his feet. barely.

Marik grinned. "That's something I can get behind. Do you have a place to stay... I suppose I can't call you whelp anymore. Your Prooving to be more entertaining than I first thought." He pondered fr a moment, looking up at the Sky where his crow still circled, waiting for Haru and Index to leave the building. "I suppose. Should call you by Name. What is your name..?" Marik was obviously struggling not to refer to Yume as Whelp again. He felt that, in retrospect, calling anyone he met Whelp may e a bad thing. His social skills were poor enough. "If you don't, I suggest we go back to my Shack. It isn't much, but it has a good view, and not too many people bother me there. Oh, and I am Marik. Your one of the few people I've actually trusted with my Name. Keep it to yourself."

Yume's smile faultered bit as he listened to this Marik guy talk, as even though Yume didn't fully understand what he was getting at it sounded like he was offering him a place to live. Which normally would put Yume on edge but the fact that the guy was still holding his hand was starting to make the situation weird even for him. Deciding to not mention it for now as it seemed this guys social skills weren't the best and it didn't help he seemed rather explosive, Yume dropped Marik's hand and wiped his own gloved hand on his leg as even though he was an ally he was still part of the human condition.
"The names Yume... And I have a place to sleep if that's what your asking and I'd rather keep it that way if its all the same to you. But it doesn't even have a window... So it has no potential of a view..." Yume said picking the words carefully, while at the same time stuffing the gun back into his hoodie. "But we need a plan first... I mean... Her mind holds somethings.I can see it... But I don't know what...

Jinx stood on the rooftop of a hotel, watching a kid get beaten when something sparked his interest. Looking at the scene playing out below him, just as the beaver like warrior disolved he muttered to himself "that noise is annoying, shall we make it stop?",for a moment there was silence, before he once more started talking "yes,Father would be angry if we showed ourself so soon, let's just try to get a little bit closer,i can barely see anything from here"
Silently,as he learned over the years,Jinx scuttled downwards, keeping his eye on the scene playing out below, suddenly he stopped, peering at the young boy who just increased his power greatly,"Could that be?" he remarked to himself, before reaching a position where he could remain hidden,he took in every detail of the scene, waiting, watching and thinking,he sat there for what seemed like an eternity

Marik nodded. "Fair enough. Perhaps we should get some food, and discuss our plans? I have those two tabbed for now. If they leave to go anywhere, we'll know it." Marik pulled the coat of his hood up, turning away. " I know where we can order some food, and then we'll head somewhere without too many people. I get the feeling you hate normal people as much as I do." He said, before walking towards a slightly busier part of town.

Nyanko watched Sverre drop to the ground and she realized with a start that the gang members had returned. The suddenly, things were going crazy. Literally crazy, Sverre was muttering on the ground and it was all over before she could react. She helped Aidan up to his feet and she could feel him having trouble standing. Her gaze swept over the scene once and she turned to Will her tone even but demanding in Japanese "Apparently my partner did not see his way to coming here. Can you please help hold" she turned her eyes glowing the same pink, "Aidan here stand." she pulled out her cellphone and moments later was shouting into it. She turned back towards Will still supporting Aidan, "Ambulances and Anti-Skill are on the way. Please just make sure he doesn't fall." With that her attention turned to the gang members that were writing about with insanity. She looked at them with blank eyes that seemed rather far away. No pink glow outlined her eyes, the gang members just suddenly stopped moving. She turned walking quickly over towards Sverre. She knelt beside him as he rocked. She squatted beside him realizing that in her speed of running she'd torn her dress....the one she wasn't supposed to be wearing. This was pushed to the back of her thoughts. She reached out towards him already knowing the danger such a decision presented. Her hand slowly and gently touched his head her fingers running soothingly through his hair. "Sverre. It's alright. We're all going to be alright." Nothing damaging had happened to her yet although she could feel his psyche shaking against everything and considering the idea of an attack. Slowly she put her other arm around him pulling him into a hug while rubbing his head. "It's going to be alright, I'm going to tear this place apart with the fury of science tomorrow over this." Her voice was a soft whisper, a coo even that tried to reassure him while silently hoping she didn't end up insane or with a snapped neck for touching the boy everyone had been warned not to.
Then, ambulances and trucks began to pull up all around them. Anti-skill members and doctors spread out around them. Medics approached each person. "Are you alright?" One took a fast look at Aidan and seconds later a stretcher appeared near him. "Come on, we'll get you home." Anti-skill rounded up the truck and the "Big Spider" members. Nyanko knew her duty was to explain the events to the anti-skill Lt. who was approaching her, but she also felt a duty to her schoolmate. "Sverre, I have to go speak to these people. But when I finish, I'll take you home. I promise." slowly, she moved away from him and began to walk with the Lt. pointing at various people around her as she spoke. Finally, Anti-Skill began to walk up to Will and Aidan. "We'll need to interview you. It shouldn't take very long. We'll do that while you're at the hospital getting checked out." Nyanko approached them as well a weak smile on her face , "I'm sorry about dragging you into this will. We'll have to hang out again without situations like this. Maybe the beach or arcade." He watched her turn towards an anti-skill officer accepting a pen and notepad. "Here, this is my number. That way I don't have to stop you on a bus." Then as suddenly as she'd pressed the paper into his hand she'd disappeared in the hustle and bustle to stop Medics who were about to touch Sverre. He watched her in an impassioned argument for several minutes before she turned to talk to Sverre. Then the medic in Aidan's ambulance asked if he wanted to ride along with his friend since they were going to the same place anyway.
"Sverre, this is in Anti-skill's hand's now. They'll interview Aidan and Will about this and then send me everything. Let's go home so you can calm down and I can go give my new partner a tongue lashing for not getting here." An Anti-skill truck pulled up beside them and she held the back door open waiting for Sverre to get inside. __________________________________________________________________________________________________________________________

As Sverre calmed down the items that had been hovering crashed to the ground as she walked away. Her got up, half his head covered his blood from holding it with his injured had which had been bleeding to the point where felt a little dizzy getting up. He looked at that nasty gash extend from hi pinky into the thenar of his thumb. When a paramedic came to look at his (the hands of coming assistance gently pushed away Sverre's powers) the cut seemed have to have stitched itself together, Sverre tending to himself by using his power to close the wound and constantly apply telekinetic pressure to it until the bleeding at stopped. He looked down, sighed with relief when he found his persistant bleeding had covered the sorcery on the ground.
He walked over the people he were starting to recover from their mewing, paranoid state. He wore a strenge expression on his face, coldly calm as usual but it seemed out of place with the reddened circles of sobbing's tears around his eyes, the sniffle from a runny nose every now and again, the blood smeared on the side of his head. He approached Nyanko as she reassured that him that antiskill had everything under control. Good, he thought, it should have been in control earlier. The climbed into the truck, not trusting it completely. They began to ask him uninteresting questions, "What's your name?", "How old are you?", "What's your Esper level?". While they were shooting their questions he reached into his back pocket and grabbed out his school ID card and handed it to them. A couple of them whispered. "Wow, already a level two at 13? We have a bit of a progeny here."
One of them handed back the card, "You're a level two? You weren't doing level 2 stuff back there." "Your perspective is irrelevant officer," He responded shyly, "I was classed as level two." "Well you were here during assessments weren't you? With potential power like that I think that will change. So," he continued, changing the topic to interrogate him, "What happened back there?" "I threw bricks as a monster beaver than threatened some man and a friend," he said in such a matter-of-fact way, helped not by his monotone voice and thick accent, "Some memebrs of the big spider saw me using my powers and attacked me after making a noise that stopped them." "Well how were you able to defend yourself and do that to them and how did you achieve that sorta power - I still think you're better than a level 2 - with that noise?" "The noise stopped." "All by itself?" "Apparently" "So, how did you make them go crazy like that?" ...Sverre paused. Most people think magic is a fairy tale anyway. He also knew enough history to know what connotation sorcerous Espers had and the pursicution they suffered. "I don't have to answer these questions." He said. The officer, knowing this kid's reputation, backed off.
When they came to his place they opened the door of the truck to let him out - not so much as a goodbye or a thankyou as Sverre walked right to his door. He didn't notice that an officer was escorting hi until he saw a glimpse of his shadow half way there. Instead of getting out a keym he pointed a finger at the lock of the door to his flat. It unlocked and swung open. He said nothing to the Anti-skill officer as he walked in and slammed the world out. Sverre tok a shower, and washed his bloodied clothes, especially his beanie. He poured an iodine solution over his hand to stop infection who the skin stayed shut and had stopped bleeding. When he was done, wearing nothing but a pair of boxers and his now-damp beanie in the muggy heat, he star-fished on his bed, blaring, dark music in the background.
He noted that he had not eaten that yet, he looked at hi alarm clock reading 14:00. Trying his best to put the trauma of today into the back of his mind (such an irrational impulse anyway, every one will be fine right?) he texted the 3 friends that he had made in his 6 weeks here. Kunihiko, Makoto and Nyanko were in the send to box, he texted. "Haven't eaten yet, you free to go out?"
He got an immediate response from Makoto, a level 1 telepath, wargamer and biology nerd Sverre's age who he met in the library once, "Gng 2 my parents 4 a week, sry". 30 seconds later Kunihiko resopnded, a level 1 pyromancer, tech head and computer gamer also Sverre's age who he met on a gaming server, "Professor Shigeru has kept me back back because I failed at lingusitcs. Maybe another time."
Be opened his fridge and pantry doors from his bed to reveal a sour carton of milk, a moldy slice of left over pizza and some very old, sad looking, wilting bokchoy in the fridge and a moldy half loaf of bread, some 2 packets of instant noodles and 3 cans of canned baked beans. "I hope Nyanko is done with her stuff," he wispered to himself as his belly gave out a grumble, "I need to debrief bad".
He fell into a rousable daze in the heat, his phone sitting on his chest waiting for a final response, keeping himself from becoming upset by today with the din of electic guitars and demonic screeches.

Nyanko had tried to wave to Sverre as they let him off, but he didn't seem to notice her. She sat back as the questions more specific to her judgement duties rapid fired at her. She answered them numbly her mind far away. She glanced down at her sundress and realized there was dried blood on her shoulder. She could see were she'd torn her skirt to run to the warehouse district earlier and she could see that she'd skinned her knees somewhere in the process. A cut on her outer thigh was fresh and bleeding. She hadn't really been present in her body while she was running. She'd been trying to help Aidan. She looked up at the anti-skill woman her gaze getting hard and she could feel herself getting irrationally angry. "Why were you at the warehouse district?" She stood up in the Van her hands clasped at her side, "I wasn't. I told you. I was having lunch. My powers allow me to physically enhance my body for things like endurance, agility, and strength. I ran there. A better question is why anti-skill wasn't there. You all should know by now the warehouse district has over 60% if all the attacks located there. But It took 3 minutes for your team to arrive. If that man hadn't chased them away from Aidan and then Sverre stopped them on round two, you might be putting espers in body bags not the hospital right now. They might be dead!" she realized she looked out of control, she knew that the walls of the van were creaking and cracking slightly and that her whole body was outlined in a green and pink glow. "Why aren't you people doing anything? Why is it everytime I try to speak to the head of anti-skill I get wait listed?" The people in the van were afraid, they had every right to be. When they finally parked several blocks from the school she turned and jumped out of the van. She looked back at the Lt. "I'll get you my report by tomorrow." With that she strode off angrily towards the female side of the dorms.
"Nyanko, tell me, what is the first rule of this school?" the school marmish head resident of her dorm drawled as she walked past, "Never go out without your uniform. It is unladylike." Nyanko answered in a very ticked off voice. "Correct, you'll be cleaning the pool for a week over this." she glowered as she strode into her room. After she showered away the blood and dust of the last few hours she pulled on a fresh school uniform. She glanced at her phone as it buzzed and saw the text. She walked over to the boys dorm as she responded in the affirmative. She stood outside dialing Sylus who hadn't bothered to follow her. She was more than itching for a fight with someone equal to her at this moment. Someone she could really just let out the pent up frustration of the last few weeks on.

Sverre didn't get a response from Nyanko at all, he guessed that we had to go out by himself. He took his beanie off to squeese some of the last drops of water out, than he heard knocking at the door. Black metal blaring still, he answered the door in the pair of boxers he was wearing, a damp beanie and a crude bandage around his right hand. Ugh, why didn't she actually text back instead of just coming here? He wore his same, detached expression which would imply that he was taking the violent events of the morning much better. That fisard dissolved when he hugged Nyanko around the waist, she was the closest thing to him now, any really good friends and family were still in Norway and he wasn't sure if he could handle this much stress this quickly by himself.
He stepped back and looked up at her as if what he just did never happened. "Let me get dressed real quick. You can come inside if you want." His room was immaculate, although his desk was a mess of papers, books and external hardrives. He pulled on a pair of jeans and a button up shirt like he always wears, albeit the jeans were black and the shirt was a slightly different shade of green but he didn't change much. The carelessness of how he slipped on his shirt had it part tucked in, buttons up on side in some places and his collar distinctively cocked up in untidy angles. "I never ended up eating, who does lunch this late?"

Very few people noticed the reflection of Garasu running along the windows of academy city and occasionally disappearing from one building to another. Those that did never saw her long enough to notice the determined look of anger on eyes that showed signs crying. Those that saw her had a hard time missing the blade in her hand, and were very glad to pass the event off as a figment of their imagination when they looked where she should have been in the real world and saw nothing. Haru and Index didn’t notice as she arrived nearby, and then moved on a few blocks ahead of them and exited the reflection there.
Upon exiting the reflection, Garasu quickly set to work placing runes in the reflections within a perimeter. The casting of this first spell she had been told was fairly simple. The runes provided the majority of the power necessary, with only a small quantity being drawn from the caster. The goal of the spell was to keep bystanders out of the area, Garasu didn’t want anyone unnecessary to be harmed, and she didn’t want any distractions either. The spell was set such that only Index should be allowed into the area. As the spell completed, the street suddenly became quiet. Garasu sat down against a wall to wait for Index, and held back a sob as the image of Shikaku’s final moments of pain flashed through her mind once more.

Nyanko was surprised by his unprepared appearance, and even more surprised when he hugged her. None the less she returned the hug warmly and stepped into the room. If the music playing bothered her it wasn't very evident because she simply leaned backwards against the wall and continued hammering the redial to Sylus. She felt glad at that moment her thoughts could be read because about 2/3 things she was considering doing to him for not getting to the crime scene were out right felonies and the other didn't even have a level of crime it could be. With a sigh that couldn't be heard over the music she stuffed the phone into the folds of her skirt. He was finally dressed although she had to admit he clearly hadn't been paying attention. She strode toward him and leaned towards his shirt to pull out the tucked side; he could see the grin playing across her face and it struck him that she might be in his mind at that very moment. With his shirt no longer stomping on her sensibilities she stood back to admire his untucked look. "Better." she commented dryly although it was hard to hear over the music. Finally as if she couldn't handle it anymore she reached up covering her ears, "Lets just go to one of the street vendors and eat in the park, they should still be going. You can pick, I've been eating left-overs and some really disgusting bean shakes for two weeks." _____________________________________________________________________________________________________
Maric's bird watched Index and Haru come strolling out of the apartment complex and he watched them laughing as they went. He could see strange runes on the ground that he knew from study were to keep out anybody but a specific person. It was clear Haru and Index didn't because they strolled happily right into the area still apparently caught up in an argument about the kitten from earlier. "He is not a mangy street cat. Sphinx is a darling little cat down on his luck that the church must take in."
"He is so mangy. He smells."
"Haru! That is not the case. And you should be kind to the members of the church."
"I can't believe you lied to me, Index."
"I did not."
"You swore to our father who art in heaven that you didn't keep that cat."
"I didn't, the church did."
"How does that even make sense? Look you can't keep that cat."
"Haru, I must. The church takes in everyone down on their luck."
At this, the two began to squabble physically which ends up with Index on Haru's back gnawing on his head.

About 15 minutes after the fight had ended Jinx got up from his hiding place,"that should be long enough, everyone is gone by now",he carelessly pulled out his Phone while walking, noticing he still had some places to check he crossed the corner and ran a lil until he was close to his destination,it was then he noticed some runes,"do you think those could be hers" he whispered silently while browsing through some folders on his phone, when he found the info he was looking for he thought to himself: *yes, these match*
For a minute or so he thought about a solution, these runes didnt permit entry to him,but they were in his way,he had to get through em,he had to,or else..... Jinx shunned the thought,it wouldnt help him in any way,it was then a solution came to mind *so i just have to get in without entering* with a flick of his mind,he jumped forward and turned himself completely to glass for a brief moment, just before hitting the floor,he once more regained his normal form, now inside the runes,he kept a low profile and set himself to hiding,he sensed something and it was dangerous.

Garasu jumped to her feet as Index and Haru, still arguing, approached where she was sitting. Once again she ran a hand across her eyes, and drew her weapon. “You shouldn’t be here, how did you get in here!? The runes were supposed to stop you!” Garasu said with a concerned look at Haru. “Get away from here I don’t want to have to hurt anyone that I don’t have to!”
She quickly turned her gaze to Index “you are Index correct? You match the description he gave me… but… I didn’t expect you to be so young. Well that can’t matter I have to kill you, you’re too dangerous to remain alive!”

Garasu watched as both Index and Haru briefly looked at her with comic surprise. Index slid from Haru's back slowly as his gaze hardened on Garasu. Index had shrunk back slightly and Haru looked at her briefly his hand moving to take hers. A small kitten's mew broke the silence between all of them then Haru turned his right hand flexing slightly as he looked at Garasu, "Look,I don't know who you are. Or who you think you are, but there is no way I'm going to let you hurt Index." Index had an indignant look on her face as she looked at Garasu, "I'm Index. And you are interrupting a important discussion over the fate of this homeless kitten." Haru clenched his fist slightly before turning to start running, Index in tow.
