tervigon outflanks, can spawned gants charge?

Consider this:

Tervigon outflanks using hive commander, it then spawns gants. Do these gants also count as having arrived from reserves? Technically theyve just been 'summoned' on the board. Will the gants be able to charge?

Thoughts and opinions please! Or a ruling would be awesome.

Unfortunately an outflanking Tervigon cannot spawn gants; you can only spawn before moving, and when coming in from Reserves you move onto the board, therefore any spawned gants would have to occur before the Tervigon moves onto the board ie. they are out of play.

So simple answer; no they can't charge as they cannot be spawned.

But, _if_ it could spawn after outflanking (which would mean outflanking had it's oown premove phase), I see no reason why they could not have charged. As it is, they can't, as previously said.

^ If that were the case, it would probably have been FAQed to not work, as the gaunts would also "arrive from" reserve.
