Iron arm & warp speed

I keep seeing people say that there going to cast iron arm or warp speed on another unit (eg a warrior squad for EW or a trygon just coz) but from what I read in the rule book there both blessings that target the psyker so say if a HT uses it it can only affect the HT not another unit? Am I reading this right?

It would be incredible if they could be passed around, too good to be true really and you can no doubt imagine the furor of Grey Knights players when their Paladins are wiped by T7, S7, EW armour ignoring Warriors or what-have-you.

Perhaps next codex we could get away to spread the buffs around. Would be quite fluffy to be able to pass a limited version of powers to lesser units in Synapse Range (perhaps only +1 S/T/A/I as opposed to +D3...)

On Charge: 2+d3 Str 7 Attacks + HoW: Striking at Potentially Initiative 7, Auto-wounding on 6's, re-rolling 2's to wound, Grant Preferred enemy from Swarmlord and you're re-rolling 1's... muwhahahahaha!!!

Gotta be honest, although Divination is by leagues the best table, I'm not sure I would use it that much over Biomancy; MCs just love that T9/EW too much.

Of course Zoanthropes with Divination is another matter. Really they should have just given all psychic races access to all the tables and let people sort out which powers they like.
