Neji smiled as Namine he hugged the last fresh link to his mother one last time and handed her over to his brother with a sad smile. He grinned at Angeline"Indeed, Solara is lovely but she has no female friends. Poor Jack, I bet she almost tried to get him to be her Bridesmaid." Neji chuckled at this although the laugh was nervous and he turned, "Well Kor come on, your room in the house is still here." he says with a grin as he walks off into the house.
The contact with her head was an emotional rush of memories for her. He'd done that to her before, it had always comforted her. Then he is gone again and she sits silently staring at a wall lost in their relationship for a moment. Then she stands smiling slightly as she strides through the warp to the meeting hall. She strode in to the dining hall where all the new recruits sat looking at her. She mentally scanned the room for the one Matty was taken with. She eyed the girl and shrugged. Good enough was all she could think, "Good afternoon." she said loudly, "Welcome to the Warpcrossers, some of you are children of warpcrossers, some of you have been taken in early by merit of your personal worth. Either way, here you are. Instead of throwing you out on missions to learn in the field, that is no longer possible. Most of you aren't Kes's or Harry's. Trained fighters from birth, or genetic experiments." she smiles, "So we are going to train you. Our chose teachers are the finest fighters in all the galaxy. If you pay attention then you should never go through your tentative one free death." she smiles at the room, "I'll see you now and again..I am going to teach those of you with psychic powers." she grins, "But not until I get back from my honeymoon. Until then my son Matty will be teaching you all the basics." she looks at the room, "You girls don't think you can bat your eyelashes for a passing grade. He'll know what you are doing, he can read your minds like me." she glances particularly at Constance and winks before turning, "Enjoy your first meal, and enjoy eternity." with that she strides out to her wolfish son and husband to be.
Midnight watched him go hugging the bear now in her hands but managing to call out in a small voice, "Malevolent... thanks!" she sits tugging at it's fur for awhile but eventually moving over to the puzzles and scoffing at them. She assembles one with rampant ease and begins to blaze her way through the others. In simple hours she has exhausted the puzzle supply and is face forward sleeping in a very tedious eldar linguistics book.

Korvus follows in earnest, Handing Namine to Angeline, who takes the baby and rests her back in her cot. Korvus follows neji to his old room, admiring how intact it had been left. ''Ah, memory lane.'' He sits on his bed, staring at his picture, Him, Harry, Kes and Neji, after a day of relaxation on a paradisic maiden world of the Eldar. Then he looked up at Neji. ''Wheres Mom's grave? I'd like to say godbye.''
Paladin hears her voice, smiles a bit, then goes down to find his class. He and Jack Meet on the way, and they arrive at the mess hall just as Solara leaves. ''Hello there Ma'am.'' Paldin says, and Jack Nods, then they enter. ''Right then. Your my class I belive? My name is Paladin. I teach night-fighting, stealth and Assassination work.'' Paladin smiles. Jack steps frward. ''And I'm teaching you weapon types. You will, after a year in my class, choose your dedicaed weapon type. Its my job to make sure your experienced enough with that weapon. After that, I will train you in classes specificly for your weapon type.'' They both smiled. Jack then added ''Any Questions?''

Neji wordlessly turns, "She doesn't have one. Her body disappeared in a bright light." he shrugs as the raven streams into the room landing on his hand as he strokes it's handsome head. Then to his astonishment another flits into being and lands on Korvus's shoulder as it's wings fold. It cocks it's head at Neji slightly and he understands. He smiles lightly before looking at his brother, "Mom can hear you here." he says smiling as he and his brother say good bye.
Solara smiles at Ty as she reaches the two smiling at one and other. Her hands wrap around Ty's neck and she kisses him with a smile, "We are getting married in nine hours." she says with a grin, "That's nine more hours we are both single." she grins as her thoughts touch his, "I'm betting you can't make me scream before then." she grins at him badly, "Care to prove me wrong." she turns eyeing Matty, "got a date already. My son is growing up." she grins wraping him in a hug, "Your not my baby anymore.... your taller than me... I need a new baby." she grins at Ty still hugging Matty as she releases him and returns to Ty.
Midnight sleeps peacefully for awhile, but all nightmares return in time. Soon she is returning to the horrors of her childhood. Eventually the bring her awake in the pure darkness and she howls in horror despite her excellent vision. She rushes at the walls hitting them and howling still. She hits them harder and harder as sweat pours down her face. It takes her several minutes to realize it isn't reality. By then the walls have smears of blood from her fists. She sinks down the blood dripping walls and stares forward. Out of the corner of her vision she sees Magnus lunge at her and feels a blade push through her stomach. She screams again rushing at the door and hitting it again. She can hear his loud oafish voice, "Daddy wouldn't approve.. punishment time." she turns in a circle yelling, "Go away! I want to be left alone!" She goes the the furthest corner of the small room and sits holding the bear and breathing hard. Burying her face in it every time Magnus returns. She doesn't even notice the blood dripping from her hands and stomach where she has stabbed herself and bloodied her knuckles.

"Well Mom, if i'm taking your spot who's taking Dad's teaching those with special powers?" Mathius said raising the shadows around him giving the new recruits a show. "I am Mathius, known as Matt for short and it seems i'll be teaching both the Psykers and the Special Powers. Any questions you have please just ask." He took a step back sinking into the ground and vanishing in a pool of shadows.
Ty smiled at the whispered message, "Are you really challenging me?" He whispered in her ear. He twirled her around with some shadows before leading her back to their home. Midnight had left the second story room a wreck but Uncle had fixed it fairly quick and moved out into his own house. In the room sat a very pristine bed, perfectly made. Ty lay her down on it kissing as the shadows leapt up and sealed the door shut, leaving the two alone.

Alone was right, the shadows were dancing along her sking almost as much as his hands and lips were. She pursed her lips refusing to make sound as the shadows and him continued to assault her pristine form. She chuckled as he rolled side ways pulling her onto him, "you're never going to win at this rate. And if I win... you wear the dress to the wedding." whether it was her cocky grin or the threat of a dress his masculine pride couldn't take she didn't know because seconds later she felt her back meet the the head board hard and painfully as her grey tunic was torn away by a slime of shadows as his face left hers for a different promise of pleasure.
Even as Matty re-appeared around the senior warpcrossers he noticed knowing grins pass between others. Apparently whatever Solara and Ty are doing is worthy of a nervous grin. Only one woman doesn't seem all that inclined to grin. She strides towards Matty at a clip, "You Matius. Got some questions." she doesn't wait for a response though she seems very recognizable. For about five minutes she throws out names of some of the dark ones currently being changed by the crosser's facilities. Finally she throws a name he recognizes out, "Midnight. Why isn't this hag being transfered on my ship to a mental facility?" she says dropping a sizable chunk of papers in his hands, "Bi Polar, schizo, abused physically and mentally, 150 recent incidents of violent behavior, self destructive." she stares at him, "She isn't going to get better, she needs to be put somewhere safe where no one can touch her and probably put down like a dog." she looks up, "God what kinda show is dad running?" she looks at Matty, "well where is she? I am making one trip, not another for this girl."
Back at the house Solara smiles up at Ty as flowers wave around his head. She grins at him reaching up to pluck a stray petal from his hair and giggling, "Alright fine so I screamed. You put us through a wall and out into my garden. I totally did not think you'd do that while doing... well that." she smiles as his wings fold around her cradling her exposed body close to him. She smiles into his chest, "Time to break the bed in?" she says with a coy grin as he laughs the shadows licking around her face as they sink into the ground only to re-materealize seconds later for more screaming pleasure.
Ayowin looks close to strangling Matty as seniors form up behind him, "Whoa who are you to be questioning him!?" one yells at her. She whirls her wings spreading, "Close combats teacher for the Imperium of Man's Angels and now Warpcrossers. I also happen to be leading the last group of crimnals who aren't crossers through the warp and he has my prize subject. Back off, I am Ayowin." they stare at her backing away slightly as she curls a fist, "Where is the girl." she says in an annoyed voice at him.

"Your Ayowin? I imagined someone a little kinder with a father like Neji!" Mathius retorts. "As for Midnight, she is a special case and under special observation. Now before I have your court marshaled for verbally assaulting a superior officer. Or I can just whoop your (please do not swear) ass I am not above doing so to you after. Anyone else I would talk it out with but your gonna be a completely different story!" Mathius stares her down claws of shadows jumping to his hands.

Ayowin steps forward a glare in her eyes, "And I would have expected a more polite child from someone who came from Solara." she eyes him coldly, "But it seems neither of us posses our parent's desirable traits." she chuckles at him, "Out rank, a boy like you." she laughs heartily at him, "I think not. And I don't need permission. Neji agreed this morning that her 75 separate instances warranted moving her to a human facility." she looks at him, "No tell me where she is before I truly decide to take you up on that fight." she looks at his shadowed hands and smiles bring her left hand into view. A three pronged gauntlet is on it, and with his limited abilities he knows it means trouble. Unfortuntely for him as he thinks this she is on him. The shadows snap up as she moves through them like they aren't there her hand closing around his throat as she flips him easily bringing him down hard on the ground and slamming her leg into his stomach. Those around stare in horror uncertain what to do as the shadows lick up around her and slice at her frame. Blood hits the ground and as the shadows calm she stands unharmed as she leans down lifting him up again, "You picked the wrong crosser, now where the (please do not swear) is she." Ayowin says twisting his arm back painfully. He can see no mercy or pain in her eyes. Just cold determination, no emotion touches her face as she bends it backwards. "Where the (please do not swear)... is she." Ayowin says her short cropped hair rustling slightly.

"Kiss I strongly disagree." He whispers flashing out with the shadows and appearing several feet away, a slight cut above his left eye. "Damn and I was supposed to be best man for my father tomorrow." He curses as he raises his hands up. *I hope you can hear me you brain dead (please do not swear)! Your falling deep....into the shadows.* He says into her mind as the shadows seem to wrap around her swallowing both of them and sucking her into a hypnotic trance.
When she awoke she was strapped to a chair, Mathius and Neji standing before her. "Good your awake...."

Neji had just been summoned up from being with his brother and his new step sister being told a short haired woman and Matty were involved in a brawl. Now as he strode towards the interrogation room he ran his hand through his hair sighing outwardly knowing who was in here. He slowly turned the handle to find the two looking at one and other. She blinked once and turned to look at him before flexing her arm hard causing one of the straps to break. He looked at the two as he strode forward to untie his daughter. When she was comfortable again he looked at the two, "Why the (please do not swear) are two of my officers and one of my teachers brawling in the mess?" he says in a tired voice, "He was obstructing me collecting Midnight." Ayowin says simply getting another sigh as he looks at Matty, "Why would you stop her, and then why would you start a fight with her?" he sighs again rubbing his temples, "Paladin had her, go. Get out!" he says waving as she stands striding out as he turns to Matty, "What the (please do not swear) is wrong with you? That gauntlet is part of her psyche, and it wants blood. All it would have taken for her to kill you was a loss of control. Then not even your shadow hypnosis would have stopped her from having your head." he sighs angrily, "You think your mom wants that. She would kill me. SHe would murder me." he says staring at him, "Why would you defend Midnight? I authorized it. That girl is trouble and needs help we can't give her. I am done wasting resources on someone who is cutting other patients."

"I wasn't informed of the transfer until SHE tackled me. She twisted my arm and is lucky I didn't release the full power I hold down upon her Neji. I have a dozen people who can testify it was her starting this (please do not swear)." Mathius said slamming a fist onto the table and unintentionally cutting it in half.
"I have a best man speech to give in 5 hours, a tux to put on, and a very special girl to collect before all that." Matt said staring Neji down. "Your daughter needs to be locked up in the facility they are about to lock Midnight up in. I released her into Paladin's care. BUt that girl of yours is one unstable piece of work."

Paladin stepped into the room. ''Sorry about this Captain. I was about to step in when Mathius managed to Subdue her. Ayowin, you have no right, and apologys for speaking to your daughter like this Captain, To accuse her of being a freak. I was one of the dark ones. Your father offered me a place in the light, and I accepted. It took the betrayal of the dark lord to get me that position. I am nott as you might say, Bad. Midnight is under deep psychalogical stress. She never had the luxury of a caring father, friends or family she could socialise with or call her own. Even now, she sits alone, and as i can sense it, she needs my attentions. So I'm going to leave now, try and help her. But I say it again, you cant call her a freak, because you don't know what horrors she has endured,'' With that, Paladin leaves.
He walks to the hatch for Midnights containment room. He sighs, then opens it up, switching on the dim lights. He see's Midnight huddled in one corner, and he goes over to her, pulls her close and begins to hug her,like a father might a daughter, and stroker her neck. ''Hush Midnight... Its all safe. This place is safe. Sanctuary. No darkness can break its walls, and the monsters you see are all illusions. I accept you find them real. They cant hurt you, only you can do that.'' He continued to hold her, untill she ways ready to be let go.

Ayowin seems unphased by Matty calling her a (please do not swear), in fact it draws a smile from her, "I am not unstable, I come from a way of life you cannot possibly imagine and have seen things you cannot possibly understand." then Paladin announces his prescence and she turns to face him taking an almost combative stance, "I'm sorry, you seem to have misinterpreted my words. I said Bi-Polar, Schizo, abused psychologically and physically, and chopped 150 separate people. If that isn't a freak, then you guys need a reality check. I don't care if daddy and mommy weren't there she is a danger and one that needs to be subdued. If you don't like my word choice that doesn't matter."
Neji steps back, he's never encountered his daughter enough to know her so this is informative for him in many ways. He looks at Paladin, "If you are going to watch her and not get chopped, I could care less what happens to her."
As he approches she throws out her hands sobbing for him to stop and not hurt her. When this doesn't stop him she flinches at his touch not used to a gentle warm physicality. She breathes in feeling slightly safe in his touch, Until she sees Magnus lunging for her and practically crawls up the wall.
Solara smiles at Ty from her place on top of him her hand lightly stroking his chest, "We have 2 hours of sleep." she says smiling nuzzling against his chest, " as her eyes close and her breathing begins the process of slowing.

Ty smiles, choosing not to sleep but instead watches his bride to be sleep for the first hour and a half. As a knock comes to the door he covers her and raises the shadows to form his normal attire. He opens the door a crack to see Uncle, and slips out. "Yes Uncle what is it?"
"Well Matty was in a fight, you have to be ready in a few hours, and I am supposed to do the adjustments on her dress." The old man says. He wearing a solid white vest that contrast with Ty's clothing so greatly it makes the vest seem to glow.
"I'll wake her...I want to leave before you begin. Old Terra myths say its bad luck to see the bride on the wedding day." Ty says reentering the room. "Solara, its time to wake. Uncle is here to prepare you for the altar and I have to go get our son and get ready." Ty whispers pulling the shadow filled room back gradually allowing the light to return. "I shall see you in a few hours." He says kissing her gently and leaving the room.

"You should know what I'm capable of, you've seen who my father is!" Mathius says smiling and shifting the shadows in a flitting pattern. "I know all the stories..." Mathius looks up at the window to see Ty standing there a look of confusion on his face. "Speak of the Shadow King himself." Ty enters the room, "Neji what is going on." He says before turning to see Ayowin.
"Nevermind...I see the problem already. You still holding a grudge Ayo?" Ty says in a serious tone. "Mathius, go get dressed I have to be at the altar in a few hours."

Ayowin feels the gauntlet tug at her emotions to break Ty's face. Her fist briefly clenches and Neji moves from the side of the desk setting his hand on her shoulder. Slowly, finger by finger her fist uncurls although it appears ready to uncurl in a second, "If your talking about Midnight's brother, yes I am. It is the only thing that girl and I share besides daddy issues." she shrugs Neji's hand away and he looks slightly hurt although he doesn't say anything." she looks Ty up and down, "Looks like you had a rough night." she says her eyes honing in on a bruise on his neck and the ruffled state of his hair, "Looks to me like you either spent the night wrestling a dark eldar wytch or you and the miss were celebrating early." she grins at the deep blush that passes over Ty's face, "Don't worry, I'm sure it was the eldar wytch." she turns to stride off, "I'll see ya at the wedding. I'm going to go see my aunt." and with that she is out the door walking off several feet behind Matty. As she passes him she grins at him, "You should stop by sometime. I could show you several hand to hand techniques you are very lacking in. Although that didn't stop you from taking me psychically." she grins rubbing her hair as she passes him moving through a warp portal.
Solara smiles moving slightly as Ty kisses her face. She hugs the pillow, "mhmmm maybe we can have the wedding here... it's so comfy." then she sits up at the sound of Uncle's voice and rushes into the shower and then out pulling on underwear and then the dress before letting him in to make her look lovely.

Ty and Mathius left promptly after Ayowin, they both were bruised and looked as if they had taken a beating but that wasn't stopping them. "Okay so we get dressed, grab your gal, and warp to the chapel." Ty said smiling. "Don't let her get to you Matty. She's just got a lot of pain built up." He said seeing the scowl on his face.
They both began to change in Mathius' home. Ty slipped on a deep black shirt, most would think he's going with his normal colors until he pulled on the bright white vest over it. Mathius was wearing the exact opposite of his father. "Ready son?" Ty said fixing his tie. "As I'll ever be." Matt whispered as they left the house to retrieve Constance.
