Welcome one and all! Xel'Mana here making a new Rp based off of the widely known Halo franise! This Rp will have you begin an ODST landing in New Manbasa, what happens there is yours to decide. Now Onto The Stroy!!!

Inside your drop pod you descent into the city of New Manbasa. "Alright everyone I want this quick and clean, we find evacuate any civilans and neutralize any covenant!" said your Squad Leader(me). "Sir What Is That!?!" yelled an ODST. "What The!?! Everyone Brace For Em-!!!" yelled the Squad Leader but interupted by a static, looking outside your drop pod you see a blast of energy engulfing everyones drop pod, soon yours is to, distruping comm and any high tech equipment inside the drop pod. With no way of coordinating your drop pod with everyone else, you slam onto the surface, with your drop pod's door bursting open on impact you climb out of the debis of the drop pod. Lost in the covenant infested city of New Manbasa with no ways of communication with your squadmates you must fined them and neutralize any covenant that you find and save any civilans.

Weaponry: Silenced Smg w/ scope, pistol w/ muzzel and scope, 3 grenades, and 1 sniperifle
Background: Back in the ODST boot camp he was an execlent marksman, better than the other ODST and almost as good as a Spartan. Was recommended for the Spartan experement but was refused, due to the number of aplicants and limited equipment to make them into Spartans.
Armour: Instead of the regular ODST helmet he has a RECON helmet and carrys a battle worn ODST Flag in his equipment case(check out live-action video to see what is looks like).
We will need atleast 5 people to start this Rp

Name: Alexander "Mantis" Wraid
Age: 21
Rank: Sgt.
Weaponry: Covenant Carbine, 2 SMGs.
Background: Captured by the Covenant at the tender age of 19, he was tortured for 2 years until he finally broke under pressure and gave information. He is now considered untrustworthy, and almost never speaks. He considers his Carbine eloquent enough for the both of them. Also knows a lot about the physiology of the Covenant. Seems to have a sixth sense.
Personality: Sarcastic, angry.
Armour: Wears a black Scout helmet and full black body armour.

Mantis leapt to the fried control pad, pushing the dead pilot out of the way. He hauled up on the manual control joystick, but it was too late. With a slam, his pod smashed into the planet's surface, bouncing and skidding across the red dirt. He kicked down the door, after several attempts at opening it normally, and looked out into the world. Spying a grunt patrol, he removed his Carbine from it's sheath on his back, took careful aim, and picked off the last grunt. The others never even noticed until they were all dead, shot through the head. Suddenly, a bolt of plasma whizzed at him and he whirled before it came within 9 meters. Diving, he whipped out his SMGs and opened fire on the newly appeared Elite. "It must have had a cloaking device...", he thought, brushing himself off and getting up. He looked around and saw another human, apparently another ODST, obviously trying to stay hidden. He waved, and the marine stood up, looking angry. Mantis started to sprint towards him.
OOC: I made this opening post because now, people will see that people have posted on it and it is active, and they might join it. This RP sounds good!

Weaponry: 2 silenced SMGs, wrist mounted Flamethrower
Background: Son of Dr. Halsey, youngest person to be the rank of LT because of his skill. Able to hack a computer almost as quickly as an AI.
Personality: Brilliant Tacticain, awesome fighter, but rarely serious.
Armour: Inbuilt hacking tools.

Matt's pod hit the ground near the other ODSTs. he activated the Explosive bolts, sending the pod door flying and hitting a grunt, killing it. Matt walked out of the pod, saluting to Echo.

Background: Born into a family of war veterans, he naturally joined the ODST, scoring top marks in Basic. He finds great enjoyment in blowing things up.
Personality: Cheery, impatient
Armour:Standard Armour
Boomer grunted as the droppod slammed into the ground, going through the upper floors of what used to be an office building. There was an explosion, and the door flew outwards, stopping barely two feet later as it was blocked by a steel pillar. "Are you friggin' kidding me?' He muttered, kicking at the door a few times to see if it would budge. "You think they could pick a better LZ.."
He finally dragged himself through the small place between the pod and the door, getting out just in time to avoid getting hit by a plasma bolt. Leaping to the side, he saw several grunts come in through one of the doors, coming to check the drop pod. He let off a burst of fire from the BR, killing two and causing the others to run screaming out of the room. "Stupid buggers.." He shook his head, deciding to leave by a different door and stepping out in the street, looking from side to side. "Well, wonder where everyone else is..."

Background: Born into a life of mediocrity, Jacob joined ODST looking for a thrill.
Personality: Calm under pressure
Armour: Self painted Yin-Yang on shoulder plate
The pod opens, releasing Jacob from his transport. He tried to gain his senses, find where he had dropped. Looking around, he appeared to be in some sort of building, a table was burning but it was no concern to him as he stepped out, Battle Rifle shouldered. Quickly he made his way through the building, dispatching a few grunts on his way out.

"hmph you'll have to do better than that to get out of here alive" said Echo to Tekkie. on his comm "this is Captin Vash Sternama, can anyone hear me over" nothing but static filled the radio, turning it off and looking over at Tekkie, "alright we have a new priority, find any surviving ODSTs and regroup, we find any covenant, we kill them" said Echo while pulling out his sniper rifle and setting up in a mound of rubble.

Tekkie Said "Found one" and pointed at Mantis. Suddenly the air in front of Echo started shimmering. Tekkie opened fire on the brute, disabling his camo and dropping him to his knees right in front of Echo.

Background: Relatively new to the war she was posted on Tekkie's company he has taught her most of her skills. Covenant tech specialist
Personality: calm, friendly to anybody that isn't hostile.
Armour: the only difference is that you can see her Waist-long hair that comes out through the area where her neck armor and helmet meet.

Jade's pod impacted near Boomer's location, she stepped out of the pod and grabbed her Carbine, she sighted, pulling a shot on a Grunt that was sneaking behind the Sergeant. Jade walked up to him and saluted.

(good sheet revenant but you cant be a corpral... only sgt. to 2nd Lt. cuz khorne got 1st)
"hpmh" said Echo while aiming next to Tekkie's head, when Tekkie saw he dodged and with a loud crack sound the sniper bullet had shot into a hunter's neck ricishaing off it's helmet's inside into it's heart(the controling center or "brain") and with a loud thud the hunter fell to the grown lifeless. "kill a hunter with one bullet, then you can brag all you want to me" as Echo said while getting his equipment and walking past Tekkie, "we should move out, someone or something must have heard that, and i dont plan on figuring out what it is" as he said while walking north toward the central tower

(Xel'mana, you really need to found out more about hunters, they are a colony of worms so technically there are alot more than just one brain, for future reference)

Background:Born on a colony of earth he enlisted in the army and quickly became special ops. He only became a ODST two months ago.

Armour: Modyified to include an active camo ability, also has a motion tracker
Ghost's pod opened quickly, looking at his mtion tracker he noticed several dots ahead of him, he decided to turn on Camo and follow it.Ghost silently moved behind to slowly growing group of ODSTs and deactivated his active Camo, " yeah guys, you might want to move a bit faster, there's something big coming up behind us.
