Log:-Facade I have currently received news from Delta Blitz, he has sent down 3 Drop pods unto the land where we found a base in our earlier search. In the first two pods there are two squads of 5 Ground Shock Troopers (GST) with a Commander and a sergeant. In the last Pod there are 5 Elites. Just 2 hours later, the men reported a high-frequency disturbance in their Comm-links and stated that they are no more than half a mile away from the object. It appears to be decently large in size and resembles a sort of Drone ship or vessel....Just 20 meters away some Autobots await patiently for the command of this Malcolm.....from what Iv'e heard he is part of a Messenger army.... Interesting. I am sending orders to Blitz to send down the Two Hunters and only approach the Autobots at a peaceful distance. If anything occurs, we will be there to assist, or Search and Destroy...
Further readings show some sort of life emanating from the strange object.
To the Arbiter: ************************************************************************** I have just received word from Blitz, he has sent down two squads of Troopers, 5 Elites, and two Hunters to approach the Autobots in this delicate situation...The meteor or comet seems more like a sort of damaged ship...and a certain Malcolm is handling the arrival... Something odd is happening Arbiter...There are signs that some sort of semi-intelligent life is inside the fallen comet. Shall we send more men, or risk getting a bit closer.... I do not wish to disturb anyone either... But if worst comes to happen, the Venator is armed with 4 large Lazer Turrets that can easily shred ground and metal.

To Optimus Prime: ************************************************************************** Odd.....I think your men might've mistaken my second HQ for the first, since they resmble each other quite a lot...Anyhow, 50 Stealth Troopers have been ordered to check the rest of the area and escort your men back to Main HQ. I must warn you that there are a few land mines and booby traps set around Silicus, and it be best if we escort you.
Also, in the matter of the fallen meteorite, Blitz, my Delta Elite has circled the land mass where your men and Malcolm reside. He has sent down 12 Troopers, 5 Covenant Elites from the Arbiter, and two large Hunters to standy for any further action. They are there only to keep peace among the lands...But Blitz and the Venator Cruiser/Destroyer are heavily armed if anything goes wrong... This flying object worries me. if it is yet another race, or another overmind, we are doomed. incase it is the terrain, then we still have our troops ready to fight.
((I need a WarMod to do a fake-ish fight thing, for I am going to be fighting natural creatures of large sizes. so I need to fight them. if you need infomation, I will give you it, as in weapons, troops, and the purpose.))

Well I'll wait till I get an answer from Commander Golden Eye. And my Franchise will be the entire Command and Conquer universe..... so no touchy!!!!!!!! (Or I will rip you apart into enough bits to make multiple buzzer swarms....) And I still don't get a bit... I'll try and learn as I go along.

It is good to hear from you. I do not know exactly what is going on, but I am sending a scout team to find out. It will take us two days to get there via our gateways. it would be quicker, but our research is slower than usual.
I have sent 100 Zealots, 10 Dragoons, and a Dark Templar to help. they carry my seal so they are not to be attacked. do this, you will have much to worry about.

Log:-Prime We have received an urgent message from Malcolm's men. I have dispatched the Transport-class Autobot to the area and tripled his original escort. Their instructions are to extract the Unreal Tournament mercenaries and the meteorite and deliver everyone to the base of their choosing. The Aerialbots are instructed to secure the air, keeping no less than five in the air at any one time to survey the area, with the remainder facilitating the shuttle loading through either carrying the meteorite onto the ship, or providing cover on the ground. The Micromasters are to scan the rock and assess it's danger to the transport, if there is a credible threat to the safety of the passengers and vessel, it stays. Life over property.
To Facade ************************************************************* I have received a more detailed description of my science team's position. They were indeed at the second base. They seem to have failed to follow the proper introduction protocols. I will have a long talk with them when they return. Scientists, what can you do?
As for what looks to be a powder keg of a meteor crash; I am instructing my units present to facilitate an evacuation of friendly troops. With all of the aerial surveillance in the area, we should get a decent look at what hornet's nest we are stirring up. If we are lucky, nothing will happen. If not, they may take the rapid troop expansion in what they perceive as their territory as a threat, in which case it will get very ugly.

The Large shuttle autobot can easily hold a little more than a dozen full sized autobots, this should be a great enough carrying capacity to move your troops and the meteorite, and each of the aerialbots can hold two men. Their instructions are to extract your men and the meteorite and deliver everything to a location specified by your ranking officer on the field.
I would prefer to diffuse this situation.

Well from our previous experiences of simply destroying entire populations, we have learned it is better to make friends then enemies. Era, given my lack of knowledge of the C&C universe, i have to ask you to check that you're not doing any vehicle research for 5 days. Everything else seems fine.
Re the event: Yea, I did say that interference wasn't allowed, but i kinda meant to stop other people just hijacking the event, say in this example, "we detected a meteorite which landed on the planet, we're gonna go get it"
"oh look someone else has found it, lets go get them", etc. There's nothing to stop you calling allies for help in the event cause lets face it you'll probably end up sharing the benefits you get by finding it anyway.
Anyway, to the event:
You decide to call your allies for help. Unfortunatley the message you send is intercepted by the unknown race, and are now rouoghly aware of your location. Fortunately they weren't able to jam the message, so your ally recieves it anyway. The race begins to send scout parties out to look for you. A day has passed and three days remain until your research team returns.
You know that sending a message to your own base could put you in more jepordy, but without reinforcements you will be destroyed. Alternatively, you know that your position is not known and should be safe unless the race's scouts get lucky.
Do you send a second message, or wait to recieve one from your allies? Bear in mind the message you recieve will not compromise your position.

Well, I've already called in allies/peacful factions, as above, so I'll just wait it out.
PS. How long until the reinforcments from SC and Autobots arrive?

well depends on when they return the message, but after that, 1 day, especially seeing as you haven't sent a second message, they have to find you too. In fact, reading back, they already have done.
Day three: A day has passed and your allies have arrived. They tell stories of many camps of hostile people a distance away, and they seem to be mad about something. Your best guess is that they know someone is invading their space and they're planning on doing something about it. You feel better with reinforcements around but you hate to think what will happen to the research team if they are caught on the way back.
Inspections of the space vehicle show that it still has some reserve power, so if anythings still working in there, you should be able to do something with it at least.
Day 4: Your luck has run out, and a scout party from the unknown people have found both you and the meteorite. This is bad timing as the research team have sent word that they will arrive soon. Your best option is to fight, but by fighting an unknown army with a lack of knowledge about their numbers you have no idea if you will win or not. On top of that the intense heat of the area seems to be affecting machinery, so the autobots may not operate under full capacity. The weapons may be affected too, it's impossible to tell until you start firing.
you look back at the ship and wonder how hand it could possibly be to get in that door. You decide that blowing it off probably wouldn't be a wise choice as this could comprimise the rest of the structure. You can try just pressing random buttons, but with no idea which ones to press, this could do anything.
Fight and try to get some units to the research team to escort them? Attempt to enter the ship on your own?
(why has no one sent in any map ideas? And do we really need a whole forum just for this game? Re Name: If this were to split into a forum, would you have like a thread for each team to communicate on (passworded obviously), and just one thread where the game takes place? How would you do it?)

((mainly, there will be diffrent boards for each army, but all trasmissions would be put on a trassminsion board. so you can have it a bit more organized. if it doesnt work out, then we can allways switch back.))
