PAC, People's Appreciation for the Carnifex.

Remember when the Carnifex was the biggest, scariest model the Tyranids had? Remember when love for this model inspired people to collect Tyranids? Seeing the latest size of the Tyranid Models and the new Monstrous Creatures Tau are getting in their 7th edition Codex it got me thinking about the love for the workhorse of the Tyranid Codex, the model that does most of the heavy lifting. How times have changed form the release of the plastic kit back in 4th edition, back then it was released to much applause and gasps of terror at the size and destructive capabilities of said monster.



It looks a bit small now, but that isn't to see we Tyarnid players love it any less. Well, here is your chance to show your love! Show your painted Carnifexs, and join PAC.

I have two, both used predominantly with the twin Devourers, by way of Fleshborer Hives. I've a third that's half painted.



All are magnetised and I've done the heads too.



And magnetised a number of extra weapons should I feel the need to try something different.

Back in 4th you could take Carnifexes as elite choices if they cost 115 points or less. The term 'Nidzilla' came from doing this and 2 Tyrants. Good stuff.
