huh, so is this something that is due out soon then? We usually don't get cover art until a few weeks before a release.

Every time I look at the sisters section of the GW website I chuckle. Sisters of battle sitting at $14 per model for a marine sized model in a unit of 4-9...

It's not a full release. They're just getting some Relics, a Warlord Trait table, and maybe a few other tweaks. Plus, y'know, the Dex is being made available legally without having to hunt up long out of print copies of White Dwarf.

Yes. I know that. Was just saying they earned a proper set of rules that isn't floating around in an out of press issue of a magazine...which would hopefully become a hardback codex given their pattern.

Come on Gee Dub, at least give them plastic Battle Sisters. That 1 kit could do most of the army.

As I understand it, the problems in getting a good plastic Battle Sisters kit together have been a significant part of the delays in them getting a proper Dex. That's based on stuff I remember hearing a while ago, so take it with a grain of salt.

I don't know what's holding them up though. The Witch Elves show that they're getting really good at modeling the female form and power armour? I think they have that down.

I think the excuse was troubles modelling good looking sleeves and hair, but that was a fair while ago and GWs sculpting has only improved since then.
