Rules you regularly forget or get wrong?

I tend to forget that I can move my Tervigon after it has spawned gants. I also forget to tell my opponent about the LD modifier on Devourers.

I'm just now getting around to regularly remembering to cast Blessings and Maledictions first thing in the Turn. Sometimes still forget that I need to do IG Orders first in the Shooting Phase, too.

A couple of other really specific ones: My skumgrod and I always forget that BaleFlamers have Soul Blaze, and that Hades Autocannon are Pinning.

EDIT: It's not so much forgetting a Rule, but I'm also still sometimes having trouble getting the hang of positioning my Models to best protect the important guys. I've lost Games by leaving a Squad Leader or Special Weapon too far out in the open, without enough ablative mooks in the way.

I frequently forget about Fear, but then it rarely does anything anyway.

This one always gets my gaming group and myself too lol, as we are so used to seeing my MCs with fearless that it seems like it is a standard MC rule.

I forget that my MCs have all their hits resolve at AP2, allowing a boosted Armor Pen roll.

That doesn't boost the Pen Roll, it boosts the result on the damage table.

I always forget that Eldar Psychic powers are used at the start of the turn.
I also haven't gotten to play at all with my shiny new codex since their update, so I'll likely forget many things.

I think the biggest ones I forget are weapon effects (pinning, soul blaze, etc.), otherwise anything that involves tanks I tend to not remember.

Fear.. and I have never fired a strangle web in my life, even though I take them when against imp guard and other nids. not erally a rule I just forget I have them..
