thank you both, I was really pleased with how he turned out as I tried to get him as close to the artwork as possible, but as a friend pointed out and I'd missed in the artwork his back legs are in fact legs not talons, so a slight mistake there but who cares

My fav is easily the beefcake harpy. I think the carnifex tail really made it stand out from other conversions ive seen

the wings were a ste of the £6 balrog wings, I trimmed the backs down to allow them to be mounted into the primary talon ball joint without covering over the secondary to allow the weapons to mount aswell

Okay... that is the best Tyrannofex conversion I have ever seen... and so simple. I Hive Five you.

I oh so love your Tyrannofex convertion. I will have to "borrow" your idea. What did you use for the gun? From the Pyrovore? That is so Awsome.

While I like the pattern on the back of the Trygon, I do not really like the All Red look of it. After looking at it for the 3rd time, I finally noticed the Tiger stripes or edges on the carapace, but at first glance I am not to fond of it. I think it needs something else, maybe a different shade of red for the skin to make it more Niddy look. At first glance didn't even look like a Tyranid. I guess I am not fond of the same colour for Carapace and Skin.

About your DoM, it looks to much like a Zoanthrope still. Maybe taking the claws off so it looks more snake like will give it the DoM feel, that is what I am thinking of doing for my next DoM since I am not thrilled with my first attempt.

I oh so love your Tyrannofex, it just needed to be said a second time.

I love the idea of magnatizing your Rippers for wounds. I planned on doing the exact same thing as well.

Yea the red trygon is a little odd, it looks better in the flesh, you should have seen it when I first painted it, it was so shockingly bright that I had to put a load of red and black washes just to dull it down a little.
The wings on the Harpy are the mail order wings from the balrog, i'll get some descent picturesup so you can see how I made it and I'd be proud that you like my tyranofex enough to want to create a copy yourself

That Tyrannofex is amazing. It's been said a few times, but it is.

The red Trygon seems strange. I can't help but look at it and see a humongous Red Terror. I do like the little mohawk, though.
