I have found this wonderfull site where you can see how to convert wings, bases, tusks etc.
You can also get a lot of inspiration when looking at the incredible paint jobs

This guy is fantastic, and even has some ideas for people with lots of time but little budget. Those marvelous wings are epoxy, paperclips (or any other wire) and paper.

The coolest thing about Kep is that he is SUPER approachable! I met him last year, and ask him for a critique of my Trygon. He was very nice. Competition for the large models was fierce, and I didn't make the cut (I have still to improve in some areas) but he complemented some specific areas.

That site is great. My bugs would look lame if it wasn't for his tutorial on carapaces. Even though I decided to do Insect-style wings for my Nids, I still send people over there any time they ask how to do wings.
