I've got 14 of them in my command squads for IG. here is a link to what they look like.

My general of the army is the one with the HUGE sword 9I have 3 of those). her hair is already done anime style, light purple.
if it makes a difference their color scheme is Snow camo, so mostly nordic greys, whites, leathers.

When offering criticism, keep in mind:
1. Constructive criticism is usefull if it includes ideas to make it better, if it does not, it is useless.
2. Think carefully about what your saying, if you are really criticising to say "I could do better", don't.
3. Criticism is taken better if the criticiser has done a similiar project.
