Goodness gracious this thing is overcosted. The only time it's going to do well is against an unprepared opponent that does not have his or her own superheavy unit to combat it.
2x 2D6+6 BS3+ S10 Ap-3 D3 Blast at 810 points is laughable when Imperium players can get a Knight Porphyrion for 745 points that gets 2x D6 BS3+ S18 AP-4 DD6+6 Blast, Twin Linked. This thing will fire an average of ~7 shots 4 or 5 will hit, with ~1 being a guaranteed wound because it gains Lethal Hits if the thing stands still (and why wouldn't you with a 72" range vs the Hierophant's 48"), with AP-4 and never getting getting cover because the 'Phant is so big, you fall back on the 5+ Invul, fail 3 or 4 of them on average, and take an average 27-36 damage, likely dying since it has 30 wounds. If you go first you can potentially shoot average 18 shots at the Knight, hit 12 of them, wound 4, he fails 2 or 3, you deal 6 or 9 damage. Your 810 point model deals 9 damage (IF you get to go first) then highly likely dies turn 1 to a model that costs 65 points less than it does. Either the Hierophant is way overcosted or the Knight Porphyrion is way undercosted. Yeah the Phant is faster and does wacky damage in Melee with 8 S20 DD6+1 attacks but it has to get there first, and the Transport ability doesn't add much as you're spending 810 points to get 120-200 points of models across the board, not a good trade. Any other Titan-scale unit mops the floor with ours, he needs to be much cheaper so you could maybe take 2 of them or have a larger supporting retinue of other models. I think he should be somewhere in the realm of 500-600 points.
