Character costs went down, but they lost their auras and have to be in units. Thankfully, they all lost their uniqueness penalty, so you CAN take multiples.

Unit costs are mostly the same, once the 'free' gear is factored in.

Pretty much a the same between 9 and 10, points-wise.

I only want to play my Cult as a horde and I can definitely do that with these points. The real question is if I wanna be really silly and bring in a Dorn tank. Because I really want to.

The regeneration thing kinda drives the cost down. Free. Free is good.
