Metawatch GSC is now a powerhouse?

GW is showing GSC in the lead and in the nerfbat danger zone.
They do acknowledge that it is still too early to say much, but it looks like between the different playstyles in AoO and the rebalance we recently went through, GSC is clearly in a much more solid place than they were.

What do you all think of this?

The 12 people playing in tournaments are, but the faction falls apart to anyone with more than 10 minutes of experience against them.

I think that as the sample size increases, GSC will drop out of the problem zone. I think they've had a few good showings recently but are not broken. The book is running into issues where there's only one or two good lists at this point: bikes + troops or melee twisted helix. I think they'll hit some of the top stars and hopefully help out some of the units who don't see much competitive play.

There are a lot of balance changes that recently went into effect, I agree that it's too early to tell. Small sample size, lots of balance changes to the other factions while GSC is relatively untouched, rise of the neophyte/bike horde lists. As other players get more familiar with playing against GSC, and/or if meta-chasers jump on the GSC bandwagon the winrate will likely drop.
