Enraged Reserves won't work with Mal's dmg output. This has been FAQ'd.
Lashwhips on all Warriors are pointless - it's better to have more attacks than reroll 1s. You can give them rerolls from HT.
Give the big blob of Warriors AGs and FHs. You won't regret it.
Voracious ammo on Rupturefex is a kind of a waste.
Powers - two most important are Catalyst and Onslaught - put those on your most reliable caster the Neurothrope. Neuroparasite is weak - give it to Zoans as you will use it like once every five games maybe. Give Mal PsyScream so he can still do something to units out of LoS.
If you want your Harpy to live a bit longer past turn 1 give her Dermic.
Oh and Wreathed in Shadows is only good against Tau or flamer-heavy armies. Unstoppable Swarm is better or stick with the default one to maximise your Shardgullet and Rupturefex output.

Do you think it's worth to use the Neurothrope mainly for psychic interrogation?

Only if you take two or you have no other psyker characters.

What you want the most is Catalyst and Hive Nexus or Onslaught going off reliably - psy action will prevent Neuro from casting those. That's why I run two Neuros With SynTendrils you can give the Tyrant 3d6 casting for Interrogation and still be close to sure to cast your spells.

Also, just replace neuroparasite (very niche power) with onslaught (a power that when you want it, you want as much surety as possible). Also as previous: basically anything's better than wreathed. Very niche and parox can do what it does in a pinch.

Dermic on the other harpy: HVC harpy with no defensive stuff is very squishy for what it brings. 25 pts for a 4++ is a steal.

AG>TS: gives you output, mobility, and a strong strat for even more output.

Bonesword>lash whip+bonesword. Extra attack is ~same/better than rrs, but you've got access to rrs from the walkrant anyway, and some things can shut down rrs as well. 1/squad for strat's solid, but about it.

Psychic scream's a strong power to have on 'cepter.
