Quick question about Tempest of War and Nephilim

So I've recently picked up the Tempest of War deck, but I still can't find the Nephilim book anywhere. Do the nephilim CP point reductions for the detachments, and costs for warlord trait/relic, affect the tempest of war army builds? Or just the standard matched play games?

I think it's just standard matched gameplay. I can't get nephilim in my area either so my friends and I have house ruled to use the new nephilim CP rules just for practicing when using the tempest of war deck

All of the changes in Nephilim are just for the Nephilim mission pack.

If it's general matched play, it's in the balance datasheet. If it's for all play, it's in an FAQ/errata.

Of course, you're free to play how you want if you want to add these rules to other formats, but don't take it as required or even necessarily intended.
