this is my first try. Sadly i dont owne Maleceptor or Harpy. Tried to fill the gap but i am really not sure with this list. Some advices would bei great

Apart from confusion over powers (so many dupes of neuroparasite/scream, but not of cat/onslaught, meh powers on neuro over the ones you really want to succeed, scream on zoans, no parox), seems fine for a first list. Though would go dermic instead of voracious (probably drop AG on walkrant?), or synapse since Levi (possibly additional on fex?), and scy tals instead of crushing claws on terv.

I'd go for 30 + 10 Termas. Stick 30 to Tervigon and use 10 as backfield action monkeys.
Oh and dont worry about the lack of Mal and Harpy - it is quite possible they will be unplayable in a month or so.

Warlord would be better as Neuro, just in case you hit the mission that needs the WL on the table to gen Command phase CP and lower your likelihood to give up the WL VP for assassinate. Synaptic Tendrils is still a great choice for your army since you’ve got 3 unboosted psykers.

Lictor seems like an odd choice. Single model units are not great in current match play. I’d either find the pts for DL (easily worth the extra 25pts) or drop it completely.

agree on 30 / 10 split on Terms. Its nothing for you to lose 6 termagaunts and be able to target the Tervigon.
