Maleceptor Weapon Question.

My question is as follows.

Does the Weapon, Massive Scything Talons (Sweep), which states that Each time an attack is made with profile, make 2 hit rolls instead of one.
Does this mean it effectively gets 6 attacks or does it mean that you just get double the chance of hitting with its base 3 attacks. ?

Help would be much appreciated.

It means that for every attack the model has on its attack characteristics, in this case 3, you make 2 rolls. So 6 hit rolls yes.
