Your favorite secondaries :-)

What are your favorite secondaries and how do you most often achieve them? Since I don’t play so often I prefer to keep it simple and choose things I do anyway. For example ”To the last”, don’t die. What are your tricks? Do you fly two harpies in different corners or do you put untargetable deathleaper on back objective?

Stranglehold is one I take and score well often, Nid mobility makes it pretty easy. Deathleaper can still score an objective and dip, so I’ll start ut on the board to score The third objective T1.

Right now I’m thinking: to the last (flyrant, walkrant, 9 warriors in levi), banners and strangelhold/engage (depending on if I think I’m better at holding or moving than my opponent). What do you think?

I know it depends on the list but it’s a pretty standard levi list approximately neuro, flyrant, walkrant, tyrguard, venom, zoan, mal, 2warriors, 2gargs, ravs, harpy, deathleaper).

I had some luck with stranglehold and psychic interrogation this weekend.

Also Grind Them Down is not too bad as we tend to have quite tough units, specially if we chose Leviathan.

What are you using as your Psychic Interrogator? I seem to keep needing to cast powers to make sure the game is going my way. Usually having that guaranteed extra smite or catalyst.

I usually only take one Melee Flyrant and one Neurothrope (Barb/Warlord) in my lists. Maleceptor and Zoanthropes for the main smite damage dealing.

Whatever your other non-Neuro Character Psyker is in your list. Neuro casts your needed powers, the Tyrant/Tervigon/BL should focus on scoring VP if you take a Warp Craft secondary.

Ok I have Neurothrope Zonethropes Swarmlord winged T and a Broodlord.
I forward deploy the Broodlord and use him to get the turn one psychic I.
If he dies I have too use that be of the double casters. But I am usually in full control of the Psychic phase then and all the psykers alive are in range.
I don’t play the Malocepter.

The zoans can’t do warpcraft secondaries, right?

Yes correct only psyker characters can do psychic actions.
But the super smite is too good to pass up.
