The idea behind this list is to try to maximise Leviathan traits as much as possible.
The transnid 4+ is maximised on TyrantS, Maleceptor, Warriors, Zoas, Neurothrope and 1 Harpy.
The second Harpy gets transnid 4+ by spending 1 CP when and if targeted, so I literally have over 1400 points transnid 4+.
Specially on those monsters, transnid 4+ is very strong, as usually they're targeted with very high strength weapons or attacks.
Other than the transnid I also try to maximise as much as possible also the re roll to hit Leviathan grants, that is why the list is an MSU.
Bringing 7 HVCs divided in 5 BS3+ Leviathan platforms, 1 Shardgullet on a Leviathan Walkrant and 3 VCs on 3 Leviathan Warriors units, the possible fire power is impressive.
Specially counting that other than the 2 Harpies which are very fast, the rest is quite mobile aswell, so this list can have quite a punch and a quite strong Alpha Strike in case of first turn.
And in case the opponent goes first, still, I am not that fragile as I have quite high toughness everywhere, -1 to hit on the whole army, possible 4++ and 5++ around the army and over 1400 points transid 4+.
What do you guys think about it?

Dont get me wrong but... it’s like a 50th list I’ve seen in last month or so with the exact same loadout. It’s fine, it will work, nothing fancy, just another solid Levi list with lots of Venom cannons

Dont get me wrong but... it’s like a 50th list I’ve seen in last month or so with the exact same loadout. It’s fine, it will work, nothing fancy, just another solid Levi list with lots of Venom cannons There is more variation amongst Levi lists than there were CS lists, and this one is offering a take on heavier in Carnifex and MSU VC warriors. Deriding how it is the same doesn’t bring much value to the OP, as they are likely seeking input on how it might be vs other Levi configs. OP: SL would make being heavier in Carnifex a better option, as they would be better for assaulting and scoring Objs. Otherwise, I think pushing further into the MSU VC might bring more value in Levi than the Fexes. 2x Harpy and shardgullet is generally plenty if you’ve got a bunch of VC to supplement. Edit: My thoughts are to drop the Fexes, add 3 more MSU warriors, add AG to the Warriors, take AG off the Reaper Tyrant (S11 means nothing), TS off the shardgullet Tyrant, and bump Zoans to 4. Gives you a strong TTL option in Tyrant/Tyrant/Zoans. Edit 2: Ouch Shard Tyrant is a walker, maybe drop voracious on the Harpy… I think a decent TTL option is always good to have in the pocket.

AG on the Reaper flyrant enables +d3 attacks stratagem.

Even if I drop voracious on the harpy, the sinaptic harpy will be the 3rd TTL unit. And to be honest the few times I used this list I kinda liked those extra mortal wounds.
And on the question Warriors VS Carnifexes, I tried warriors in many many ways, 3x5, 9+3+3, and in the end they are good but the resilience of the unit and the damage output for what you pay is inferior compared to carnifexes.
Carnifexes are tough, they shoot like a Ravager, they hit decently in close combat and they are independent as they don't require many CPs or psychic powers to work.
They are perfect for this list as they don't need CPs on them and many CPs will be taken by the Flyrant, by the Maleceptor and by the NON sinaptic Harpy to go transnid 4+ too.
And to take down 3 carnifexes on a 2+ (maybe 4++), with a -1 to hit them and a -1 on the damages it will take really a lot of energies.
Are one of the strongest and most versatile units in this codex, specially if Leviathan where they can re roll a lot of hits during shooting and in combat.
About the SL I might try it as I love the model, but the AG on the Flyrant stays there as is not for the +1 Strength or +1 move, but is for the adrenal surge stratagem that for 1 CP gives him +d3 attacks.

I haven’t been super impressed by the AG strat on the Reaper flyrant in the two games I’ve used it. 5A is plenty into the preferred targets of 2-3W models. For fatter targets, the AG strat hasn’t pushed the Reapers output enough to wipe a unit for me.
Though I admit I have some negative bias towards it used on a Reaper Tyrant because I’ve been using the AG strat on one of my favorite units in the codex (Maw Claw Tervigon). The efficiency of that CP spent is a joy to behold.
If you’ve been happy with the attack boost on the Reaper, can’t fault you for wanting to keep it. However I think the Reaper flyrant is what needs to be cut for SL, so the point may be moot if you decide to make that swap.

There are some tough targets that require the application on that stratagem.
On big and tough things, even a simple +1 attack it means 3 wounds and 1 mortal wound.
I'd rather pay 15 points and have the option of using it and not using it, than not have the option at all and feel the difference when I need it.
And I don't feel like dropping the reaper flyrant. He just wins some games on his own by encircling the pray 1 or 2 times. Some armies have no tools to deal with that thing.
