Since there was no Day 1 FAQ, here are some very weird things you have to watch out for:
1.) The Leviathin supplement is still valid. However, the majority, but not all, has been superseded. Remember that new rules always supersede old rules. At a quick glance Adaptive Physiologies have been replaced with the new Codex rules, and several relics have been replaced as well (Slayer Sabres have dramatically changed and moved to being a Crusade relic). Triple check anything you want to use from Levi before you use it.
2.) None of Forgeworld is currently legal in a Hive Tendril detachment since no FAQ has given them the HIVE TENDRIL keyword.
3.) You can still include them in a <HIVE FLEET> detachment, but since soooo much triggers off of Hive Tendril you'll be losing access to detachment abilities like Hive Fleet Adaptations, Synaptic Imperatives, and you can't use our faction specific secondary objectives. You can still use the Hive Mind Discipline, take a relic (unless your Warlord is a Malanthrope), and a Warlord trait (althought Direct Guidance breaks if you put it on a Malanthrope).
