Synaptic Imperative Abilities VS Command Phase abilities

Can I use a synaptic imperative ability and then use the command phase abilities from the HQs?

I know only one synaptic imperative can be active per turn and can only be used once based on HQ models on battlefield. But can the other command phase abilities list on the units data sheet be used too? eg. can I use Hive Tyrants "Will of the hive mind" while having the "Relentless Ferocity" imperative active for that turn? Can my other HQs use their abilities while an imperative is active?

The Imperative is a separate ability from data sheet abilities. You may use any amount of the command phase abilities in addition to using one Synaptic Imperative.

Yes. Imperatives are activated at the start of the battle round, command phase buffs are separate from this and are usable on the command phase of each of your turns.
