So the Codex got leaked now. Jay! Now I ask myself: Do we know if CS is still legal with the new codex or not? Did GW say something concerning this? (I assume BoB/Levi rules aren't legal anymore?)

I doubt GW will make a statement before the codex pre-order is announced.

Levi is definitely gone from matched play; doesn't make sense to still have one super fleet, lacks CORE rules, and Links just looks built-in now. CS is still in the air since Carnifex got -1D, but the rule says it can't stack and nothing else in the codex gives them an additional -1D...
