Triple Dima & New missions - suggestions please!

Hi all,

I haven't played my Nids for a while (since Crusher S dropped) and I've come by a lurvly third Dima (thanks Sheildwolf).

With the new missions in mind what would you run at 2k, competitively and includes triple Dima?
Sadly the points have gone up but hey Dima's play very differently to Harridans and Heirodules.
I've played into CS and seen some great lists and games played pre mission changes but it's a whole new world out there now!

Just three Dimas necessary, I'm open to anything else...

You really only have about 400 pts to play with in a 3x Dima list, the core should probably be this:

3x3 Wars w/ Link
HG
3x Dima
— Total 1578 pts —

Realistically you’ve got room for a Neuro w/ Swarm Leader and Redeploy WLTs as your HQ and your choice of 2x 155 pt Monsters. Harpies w/ STC can help deal with infantry, a Haruspex with Size could be good for infantry as well, Pyros for some action bodies, or a 3x Zoan unit for the Link and powers/actions.

Thanks, your spot on with the essential core. The Nuero seems pretty key to making the list work.
I have all but the Hspex of the 'flavourings'. I've seen Harpies be pretty useful and I'm thinking the fights last combo'd with a Dima charge could be decent.

Harpy is ok with Dima, smart deployment by opponent makes getting both Dima/Harpy in engagement with what you want to fight last on opponents turn tricky. Harpy combos very well with Tyrant/SL/OOE, as they get to HI into fighting before chargers. Specifically, Behemoth Tyrant or OOE w/ exploding 5’s act as a big STOP sign for chargers.

I am a big fan of Void Crown on Neuro, as it makes taking Warpcraft secondaries very easy and allows you to take Catalyst & Onslaught on your best Psyker. +d3 Attacks is the best power in CS, and I usually take that and the 4++ power on SL (that way you always are in range to buff what you sling). Malceptor can be your leftover for a choice power of Scream/Paroxysm/Horror or you can double-up on Catalyst/Onslaught if you think you will need to cast both often. Neuro w/ Void Crown can potentially cast both for 1 CP every turn (Psychic Action + 1 Cast + PotHM Strat), but that does get fairly CP intensive on top of HG shooting twice, MW's on charge, and Obj Sec Strats.

PI for psychic secondaries sets one, then Grind Them Down sets another. You just need to find 1 more which isn't an action. Maybe Stranglehold?

Otherwise I'd say the list looks solid for Triple Dima. I do not like Triple Dima though, personally.
