Good day hive, i will be playing my first game in 2022 with the new codex soon and i wanted to try a neophyte list, i will be sincere i have no idea what i am doing, i would welcome any feedback.

Rockgrinder is really good at any points value, and I'd pick up the 5pts Demo Charges just so that you can auto-explode when you need to. Bring 5 Abbys along for the ride IMO.

Dont bother with 2 Heavy Mining Lasers - they're not consistent enough to get work done when you need it to. Take the Achilles Missles instead. Less damage, but much more preditable.

Drop the Alphus, and bring a Biophagus to give your 20 man 5+++, really ups their durability and staying power + icon.

Downgrade to a Patrol, drop a unit of 10 Neophytes, pick up a unit of bikes. Bikes get auto exposed if they shoot something within 6", meaning your bombs will always proc on a target you want. try to trigger crossfire on it first though.

I do not own a biophagus model but I have ordered one so I hope gets on time. Remade the list with changes in mind. Do I still have any incentives to run Ridgerunner in groups? For the
Rock grinder to trigger exposed do I need to roll more them 5 shoots on the flamer?

Played some games although i still think im played rocket tag games were either close or a GSC overwhelming victory. Jackals Pack hunter stratagem is an absolute murder. gonna try to improve to 2k for the next games. Probably with more neophites and gonna try to mess with astra. I would like to get more jackals but i think it will take a while for them to get stocked if ever.
