Some rules questions

Some warlord traits (rampaging beast) and adaptive physiologies (accelerated digestion) say that you can do something once per turn. If it doesn’t say game turn or players turn, what does it mean? Another thing about the Harridan. I’ve heard people say that the cp cost for him in a superheavy auxiliary detachment is only 1 but that he can never hold objectives. Where does it say that?

There's no such thing as a 'game turn': it's turn i.e. players turn, or battle round being both player turns (1st and 2nd).

Thanks. Then I don’t understand why rampaging beast is worded the way it is. I would just activate the d3 extra attacks every single time. Maybe it’s because the d3 should be thrown with a new value every turn.

Correct, it is worded that way so you too at the start of each fight phase

It alters the attack characteristic until the end of the phase. So you would retain the extra attacks when fighting again.

I guess it's worded that way to stop people trying to add a second d3 attacks (also keeping the first) when they fight twice.

And also probably to not allow you to carry the extra attacks over to opponent's turn if you stay in combat

You can just use it again in your opponent's turn. The weird bit is why it's phase limited, rather than turn, but I don't think there's any possible way for that to matter.

Fight on death maybe? But yes, odd.

The only way it wouldn't apply is if you die in the morale phase, which...OK, is maybe technically possible.

Now when I think about it. A figure could also die in the psychic phase and would then not get the extra attacks if he fights on death, I guess.

The only way that happens if it's not 'selected to fight', which...umm...eh.
