Kill team 2.0 rules questions

A friend and I tried out KT2.0 yesterday for the first time and had some rules questions come up.

The biggest question is whether a model can shoot or fight twice in the same turn. We were not able to see where the rules say you can only shoot or fight once but the custodes have a strategem that allows them to shoot or fight 2x.

Unless otherwise stated, Models can only use the same action once per turning point. IIRC should be in the Actions section
