Whats he's base size and is he ignoring difficult ground when moving?

He uses the same base as a standard flyer or trygon.

You should check its rules but i think the dima has the fly ketword (fly not a flier/aircraft).

The dimachaeron is a MONSTER, (no FLY keyword). The ability you are looking for is leaper-killer if I'm not mistaken.

Leaper-killer: This model has a 5+ invulnerable save. In addition, each time this model makes a Normal Move, Advances, Falls Back or it makes a charge move, until that move is finished, it can move vertically or horizontally through models and terrain features (it cannot finish a move on top of another model, or it's base).
