Another dimachaeron conversion

On top of repainting my armies I hopped up onto the making a daaaay macarena.
Used trygon bits and printed the rending claws. The Grabby whips are from venomthropes, chest tongue is from a mucoloid. Not very experienced with greenstuff, but ah well.

Fantastic work! I'd love to see a close up of how you made the rib cage
It's close to how I made my own. Can i ask what you did for the lower arms? I'm planning on making 2 more Dima's soon and I'm having trouble with the claws.

The chest I made by cutting out the ribcage, then filing some of the ribs and greenstuffing them together, adding the little trygon spikes at the end.
The base of the tongue is more of those spikes, mounted on the join piece that goes between the trygon torso and tail.

The lower arms are rending claws from thingiverse I scaled up 120%, then added venomthrope lash whips into the palms

Nice work! I'm thinking about trying to convert a dimachaeron or two. What would you say are the must-need kits? Sounds like Tyrranofex legs are necessary... and maybe trygon torso? I've seen people doing haruspex mouth as the chest-mouth, but there are probably a number of ways to do that...

Sorry for the long wait. I would call the tfex kit a must need and some bits of the trygon kit or extra tfex bits like scything talons. For mine, I copied some other guy's idea of just breaking apart some of the ribcage for the tfex Body and sticking the trygon spikes bits on the ends. The hand tentacles as re venomthrope lash whips, the chest tongue is from a mucoloid. Overall, whatever works for you is the way, I say. The tfex is likely the easiest and best scaled base to start with
