Winged Hive Tyrant from a Trygon

Ok guys, I have a set of wings for an Hive Tyrant and a spare Trygon kit plus a plethora of other bitz.

I’d like to know if you think that this conversion is possible?

Is the Trygon too big to act as a Tyrant? 

Also if I do go ahead, what’s the best load out?

It's going to be taller and a bit wider with a much bigger base, but I don't think most gamers will hold that against you. I've been looking at (and slacking off on) kitbashing a trygon torso with the hive tyrant wings to make a harpy. I think that it's doable but will take a lot of greenstuff to pull off.
