Combining admech & GSC models

So i recently started reading the gsc codex I've had lying around for about two years. I read that bladed cog combine admech arms and such info their bodies. I think this would be really cool.

Has anyone tried splicing the rangers or skitari or whatever with acolytes or neophytes?

Oh yeah! They work out great! Posting a shameless plug below. (I also need to post some of the painted models, but they're not all done yet)

The bodies, legs, and arms are about the same size but not exact so you have to be willing to make cuts and wedge greenstuff into the gaps to make things fit better. There's a lot you can do with the HQ. Also I was never quite brave enough to have one admech and one gsc arm on the same weapon...

Skitari en the way but they'll probably take a while to arrive. It's pretty wild to kitbash acolytes to make one of the most expensive model per point cost even more
