Possible to edit the text a little too? It's the longest I've scrolled for a 2k list XD
I've played a tfex a few games and they haven't been all that great. I honestly think the exocrine is so much more useful for less points

I think your doing the best with your available units there. Carnifexes are shelf decorations until they get a rework and you really need a full unit of Hiveguard for good efficiency, but efore you go out buying more I would take your time and finish painting and play a bunch of games. Maybe by the time you're done we'll have a new book.

One other thing, I would prefer Leviathan over Jormagandr. Advance is a very strong rule for tyranids, its not worth the trade off in my experience.
