Question about rerolls

Do "reroll a single hit roll" abilities stack? I know you can't reroll a reroll for the same specific die, but for example: a hive tyrant has the custom adaptation "synaptic augmentation" which allows him to reroll a single hit roll, and also has pathogenesis which allows the same and I roll two 1's. Could I reroll both (one for each ability) or does rerolling one count as satisfying both abilities? I tried searching for this but didn't see a definite answer.

Yes, you can use two separate abilities on the same shooting attack. So long as you don’t re-roll the same die more than once you should be good.
