I wnat to convert up a Hierodule now that FW have good rules for them. For reference, this is what it looks like. They come in 2 types, scythed amd barbed.
My plan is to use a tyranofex as the main body. They are similar in sieze. I will combine that in top a trygon or carnifex upper body. See comparabel pictures.
What I would do I insert the Tyrgon (or Carnifex) upper body to where the tyranofex head should be. Further I will sett the Tyrgon head on the Trygon upper body. (If I do the carnifex route I will use the Tyranofex head.) Obviusly the Tyranofex body would have to be positioned at a more of 30/45 degree. The tail would need to be repositioned with green stuff. This leaves arm sockets on each side. I would green stuff two of them shut. The socket on the middel of the body would need to have scything talons glued to the ground for weight suport. The last remaining sockets will have scything tallons threatening in a dynamic pose.
The trygon upper body and neck would need some changes to make the head and mouth point forwards. But Vidar I hear you say. You have forgotten the gun! You are right! Here is the genius on my plan. I would file of the weapons on the tyranofex shell near the head. There I would magnetize. Then I could either have the flamespurt gun fasted with magnets, or the rupture cannon gun. Depending on what Hierodule I want to use, I can take the flamespurt cannon for the scythed hierodule. Or the Rupture cannon for the barbed Hierdole. It is not a perfect converison. But I think it will be very passable. What do you think? I would want advice before I spend 1000 NOK on this project. Bad paint drawings follow bellow.
