The Flyrant will use Mind Eater warlord trait to fly away after assassinate a character using Swarmlord movement, Tyrant Guard are for keeping him alive. With the 12" move I have the choice to turn 1 charge with the assassin Flyrant or gargoyles choke their lines depending on what the biggest threats are.

What hive fleet are you playing?

Looks like you're two points over. Maybe cut a pair of boneswords?

Yeah I saw that now.

I am still undecided about hive fleet trait, between leviathan and kronos or maybe taking some custom hive fleet like membranous mobility.

If you're doing it all as one battalion I'd say leviathan. Or you could tweak a bit and do a big leviathan detachment and put the exocrines in a Kronos patrol (maybe add a neurothrope with symbiostorm).

Not a fan of double battalion or patrol, I don't wanna split my sinapse but Leviathan is the best for sure.

Also I decided to remove the Prime and add a Neurothrope, cause Prime is useless with 3 squads of 3 warriors.

Yep that's good call on removing the prime. Too expensive if you don't get a lot of benefit from the buff.
