Meiotic Spores would be a good choice to block infiltrators from taking prime board position.

If you're going to take Hive Guard, 3 HQ and 4+ Troops, you might as well spend the 2 CP to make a Patrol of Kronos for a Neurothrope, Ripper unit and Hive Guard. Also throw the Meiotic Spores in there to give you easy access to Kronos Stratagem for blocking a crucial power on turn 1. This way you can take advantage of rerolling 1s and Symbiostorm for the Hive Guard, while also having the stratagem.

I agree about the Kronos patrol and was similarly wondering about the trygon prime. What're you thinking for secondaries?

I think the plan is to send the warriors in with the trygon prime and use some strats to get them both into combat.

Not sure im sold on it but it should work in ... around half the games it plays, right?
