Hi everyone!

I have an unusual Problem:
I'm always winning against my Friends.

My Crusade-force (Kraken)
Swarmlord
Hive Tyrant (Devourers/Boneswords)(incl. Apaptiv Phyiology: Murderous Sitze)
10 Genestealer with extendet Carapace
5 Genestealer with extendet Carapace
5 Genestealer with extendet Carapace
Deathleaper
Carnifex 2x MST and all Upgrades (incl. Apaptiv Phyiology: Murderous Sitze)

My two Friend play World Eaters and Imperial Guard.

Wordl Eaters:
Chaos Lord with Jumppack
Demon Prince with talons
Apostel
5x Khorne Berserker
5x Chaos Space Marines
5x Chaos Space Marines
Hellbrute 2x Flamer and fist
Hellbrute 2x Flamer and fist
Rhino

Imperial Guard:
Tempestor Prime
Valkyre
5 Tempestor Squad (mostly with Plasma)
5 Tempestor Squad (mostly with Plasma)
5 Tempestor Squad (mostly with Plasma)
Some Kind of Tempestor Squad but only 4 models...
Commander of the fleet
Astropath
Priest
Commisar
Eine kind of Inquisitor in Terminator Armor
Eine kind of Truck with rocketlauncher

So I wann to keep my Friends and want to play with them, but I fear, that if I keep winning, they lose interest in playing with me.

So what can I do to anti-optimise my list?

That...is not something I'd have thought said about that list. No offence, but it's already quite eclectic.

About all you could probably do without destroying the list beyond recognition of anything sensible would be drop the sizes, drop Swarmlord for...something less good, or do something stupidly pointless with your Fleet, like Kronos. Alternatively, they could try and optimise their lists better...

Make it gorgon, drop swarmlord for a regular tyrant and swap some genestealers for hormagaunts maybe? What are your friends doing with their lists? I think a better way forward is to help your friends get better.

Buy your IG friend 2 tank commanders for christmas.

Aye... That list wasn't meant to be played... It was a painting challenge.
Back in 8th we both made a list with 750 Points and painted them in a 3 month time frame.
Now it is my Crusade-force... But still to good...

Dropping the Hivefleet is not possible, in the beginning you choose a fraction and a keyword.
But dropping the Swarmlord and deathleaper for a broodlord and tyranid Prime, seems reasonable.
I think, they have more problems with high toughness-monster than troops.
