monsters and terrain questions. in 9th

Hey guys in 9th what can and what can not a monster move thru?

1. can we go thru walls now?
2. my understanding is that we can get cover and obscurment if we are under 18 wounds.. correct?
3. we can see thru blocking terrain if we touch it? or get our base on it?

anything else special about monsters and terrain I should know?

1. No idea
2. Not sure if monsters can get cover, I know for sure vehicles cannot. 
3. Yes if you touch the terrain you can draw true line of sight through the building via windows and doors to shoot or cast psychic powers that need line of sight.

Only Infantry, Bikes, Swarms, Beasts can get Light and Heavy cover bonuses.

Likewise, only these 4 classes can walk through Breachable terrain like ruin walls, or climb Scalable terrain like containers or small ruins.

Every model can benefit from Obscure and Dense cover.
