My other Army is Deathguard So I am Happy there. Now its time to put in work to make Tyranids scary.

Well Necron codex is around the corner so there's that.

Sororitas higher than Tau.

Ork depend on the new FW book, but generally higher. SJD and Deffrolla got FAQ'ed correctly for a change, and their PA book is great too.

TS probably lower.

Yeah this was an interesting podcast. Having 3 different rankings from 3 different teams lets us average the scores and get to (I think) a bit more accurate ranking. I think all 3 have valid points but also bias.

Doing that (re-listened a bit to clear up the missing bits above) come up with the following. Note there's some ties (like for first place).

Looking at standard deviation, Thousand Sons were the most contentious pick. I am curious if the GK/1ksons was assuming they still got unmodified smites (which does not appear to be the case). Imperial knights are also fairly contentious here, I am shocked honestly at how high Goonhammer places them. They seem only to look at points costs and 8th ed ranking

I'm looking forwards to taking Chaos Knights to the first UK 9th edition tournament!

Whilst my knights are more fun than competitive I feel that aside from the top four (Marines, Custodes, Death guard and Admech) we need more results from actual tournaments etc to get a clearer idea of the mid to bottom bracket armies and of course what will become tournament winners or just nails gatekeeper armies. 

With tournament now able to play a more similar if not the same game across the world the rankings data will become very clear, very fast and we may see a blander meta unless GW can continue to make codexes etc.

I do believe that Nids have a better chance to make top 10 than they have been given credit for so far in 9th.

Wheres they are probaby right about Chaos Knights at third from bottom!

I'm not a BookFacer so I'm not sure if this link will work etc. Anyhoo

The Tournament pack is very Covid safe and the staggeringly expensive tkt price includes PPE etc!

We are stoked to be back to tournament play but I must admit every other tournement we had booked from London to the SW has been cancelled.

Vanguard have got the ok from the local council, have a comprehensive covid safe plan and ITC penalty system linked to covid infractions.
Hopefully it will be a success and more tournaments will open up and/or hopefully the need for cancelled events and PPE will ease and we'll all be able to play 'as we used too'!

Its a small 16 man max and the space is big enough we can socially distance well!
