Sure, Tyranids aren't winners, but that conclusion is based on a handfull of top tier tournament lists from last year.

Players will just build new lists based on what makes sense with the new points and rules.

My first impression was "damnit", my second "hmmm, the shooty nids look ok... maybe take more of those?".
