I've played a couple of games as the Genestealer Cults in the past couple of weeks and they're really fun, but I'm confused about how the Cult Ambush rule works in regards to the Patrol mission from the Crucible of War set.
The Patrol special deployment rules are:
Does this mean that I can only set up the first 3 units with the Cult Ambush rules and the rest have to come in using the regular Reserves rules? Or can I go through and stick half my PL in the tunnels then deploy the last three on the board as usual for CA?
Also, I can't find anywhere that determines what constitutes Your Board Edge for weird deployment zones like this one, which is effectively L shapes along opposite corners. Is it the deployment zone edges itself or is it one entire edge of the battlefield?

After terrain has been set up, the Defender sets up three of their units wholly within their deployment zone – one of these units must have the Troops Battlefield Role. The Attacker then selects three of their units to serve as their patrol and sets them up wholly within their deployment zone – one of these units must have the Troops Battlefield Role. All other units arrive later in the battle using the Reserves rules.
