It was interesting to get a taste of the rules. Those guys still play the most laughably bad lists though.

MWG is the softest of the soft scene. No one is going to deny their enthusiasm, but that's all they've got going.

Well if you want an entertaining and diverse meta you'd have to be (soft). Otherwise it would be the same 3ish lists or curbstomps all around.

I quite like their battlerports. I think their production value is very good. It is also a good diverdety in models.

While thr choises of list can be very bad that evens out when both have bad lists. It is very good for diversety.

I enjoy MWG batreps.  Matt makes learning this game easy. I also enjoyed this batrep by Hellstorm Wargaming.  What they lack in production value they make up with good humor and table banter.
