Mixed Detachment clarification

Just was looking for clarification on this (sorry if it’s been talked about before).

So if I wanted to do a mixed detachment vanguard with the following -

Jackal Alphus - hive cult (warlord trait)
3 x Ridge runners (hive cult)
3 x Ridge runners (hive cult)
5 x jackals w demo (rusted claw)
Nexos - 4AE

So if I understand right
- I get access to the hive cult warlord trait
- ridge runners benefit from the hive cult trait
- jackals get access to drive by demolitions
- Nexos (or Sanctus) gets access to plan generations in the making
- no units get access to the cult creed benefit (on pg109)

Is that right or am I missing something? Or is that completely wrong?

Yep. Please note that Alphus won't buff the bikers.

Yep that’s ok. I knew that would be the case. Ultimately (Regardless of cults) he’ll either be close enough to do either the bikers or the ridge runners, and I figured the ridge runners would get more benefit over a few turns, whereas the bikes probably won’t last too long once they’re thrown their charges. So RRs won in the end for me.
